Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 20 — Harassing phone calls — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject left concerning message on business voicemail.

• Nov. 20 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Victim assaulted at bar.

• Nov. 20 — Dog bites and attacks — 700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Dog fight turned into dog bite.

• Nov. 20 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Cramerton Court, Lewisville. Cat bite.

• Nov. 21 — Police service, assist agency — 4900 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Assisted Highway Patrol on a DWI.

• Nov. 21 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject operating a motor vehicle while impaired.

• Nov. 21 — Auto breaking and larceny — 4200 block of House Court, Clemmons. Windows smashed in auto breakings.

• Nov. 21 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject walked out of grocery store with cart of items.

• Nov. 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6000 block of Brookberry Farm Road/Ketner Road, Lewisville. Male requests broken-down truck be removed from property.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO police, fraud — 9200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. PNC Bank reporting possible fraud.

• Nov. 22 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, CWW-possession/concealing weapons — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop leads to drug charges and concealed weapon investigation.

• Nov. 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Suspect threatened to beat up both victims.

• Nov. 23 — Forcible rape, breaking and entering without force — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Residence was broken into without force and victim was raped.

• Nov. 23 — Traffic accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 23 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim threatened by unknown female.

• Nov. 23 — Larceny from auto — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Catalytic converter stolen from vehicle.

• Nov. 23 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1200 block of Bebb Willow Lane, Lewisville. Subject knocked on a basement window.

• Nov. 23 — Weapons, other — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject sleeping in car.

• Nov. 24 — Automobile theft — 500 block of Brookway Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Cranked vehicle taken from apartment complex.

• Nov. 24 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 700 block of Styers Ferry Trail, Clemmons. Reporting party stated that a Facebook user is trying to scam people.

• Nov. 24 — Animal cruelty — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Cruelty call.

• Nov. 27 — Breaking and entering with force — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke into Wake Forest Baptist Health with blunt object.

• Nov. 27 — Breaking and entering with force — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Sweepstakes cafe broken into.

• Nov. 27 — Missing person — 4900 block of Britton Gardens Road, Clemmons. Subject suffering from dementia drove away from family members residence.

• Nov. 27 — Overdose — 1400 block of River Ridge Road, Clemmons. Subject found unconscious in vehicle.

• Nov. 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Food stamps traded for narcotics.

• Nov. 28 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Old Glory Road, Clemmons. A 20-year old subject was driving while impaired.

• Nov. 28 — Suspicious person — 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Suspicious person outside house.

• Nov. 28 — Robbery — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Armed suspect, concealing identity attempts to enter business office.
