Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 29 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5700 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Subject thought someone has account information.

• Nov. 29 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Greenbrook Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Nov. 29 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Reynolds Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject using person’s work email.

• Nov. 30 — Driving while impaired — 5100 block of Quail Forest Drive, Clemmons. Subject arrested for DWI.

• Nov. 30 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Road rage incident between two drivers.

• Nov. 30 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Struck the driver’s side door while getting out of their vehicle.

• Nov. 30 — Traffic accident — 4100 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 30 — Police service, assist agency — 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Unconscious subject was being combative.

• Nov. 30 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject’s spontaneous vehicle damage caused roadside fire.

• Dec. 1 — Traffic accident — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 1 — Larceny from building — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cash stolen from school bank.

• Dec. 1 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property from another jurisdiction — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen vehicle and fraudulent documents seized pursuant to traffic stop.

• Dec. 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Women bit on the left thumb by dog.

• Dec. 1 — Hit-and-run accident — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Dec. 1 — Drug violations — 1600 block of Chardale Drive, Clemmons. Subject found cocaine on his property.

• Dec. 2 — Robbery, FCSO, K-9 activity — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect demanded money from cash register.

• Dec. 2 — Employee injury — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Employee was injured.

• Dec. 2 — Employee injury — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Domestic disturbance leads to employee injury.

• Dec. 2 — All other offenses — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students posted pictures of drawn penises in bathroom.

• Dec. 2 — Counterfeiting, buying/receiving — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to purchase gas with counterfeit money.

• Dec. 3 — Larceny, all other — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Customer walked away with store worker’s phone.

• Dec. 3 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance.

• Dec. 3 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1800 block of Springfield Farm Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject made concerning remarks to juvenile.

• Dec. 3 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party reported verbal argument during panic attack.

• Dec. 3 — Suspicious person — 7300 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Subject was looking into reporting party’s back window.

• Dec. 3 — Trouble with neighbor — 200 block of Plemmons Road, Lewisville. Neighbors in verbal altercation.

• Dec. 3 — Overdose — 100 block of Sedgewick Ridge Court, Lewisville. Individual overdosed on prescription medication.

• Dec. 4 — Police service, welfare check — 6300 block of Gough Court, Clemmons. Elderly subject was attempting to drive to unknown location.

• Dec. 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects had several items stolen from vehicle.

• Dec. 4 — Overdose — 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Person reported overdosing.

• Dec. 4 — FCSO, harassment (non-criminal) — 900 block of Tierney Drive, Lewisville. Person stated that his sister was harassing him via mail.

• Dec. 5 — Runaway — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Juvenile ran away from home.

• Dec. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Sister reported brother possessing needles.
