Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 7900 block of Abelia Way, Clemmons. Subject admitted using cellphone to view child pornography.

• Dec. 13 — Trouble with juvenile — 5800 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Two juveniles were using the reporting party’s yard as a cut through.

• Dec. 13 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Argument over landlord tenant agreement.

• Dec. 14 — Trouble with neighbor — 100 block of River Crest Court, Clemmons. Reporting party stated neighbor being too close to property while waiting for bus.

• Dec. 14 — FCSO police service, fraud — 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party had credit card opened in his name.

• Dec. 14 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Reporting party got into a verbal argument with subject.

• Dec. 15 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Individuals in the residence “not getting along.”

• Dec. 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Report of possible shooting.

• Dec. 15 — Death investigation — 8300 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Individual located deceased in bedroom.

• Dec. 15 — Identity theft, driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road,/Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Subject operated vehicle while impaired, provided false identity to deputy.

• Dec. 15 — Vandalism — 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject hit a column on the building.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 8500 block of Waterford Village Court, Clemmons. Aggressive dog.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 500 block of Sunny Park Circle, Clemmons. Stray dogs.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject sent concerning messages on social media.

• Dec. 16 — Robbery — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered business and demanded money.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 200 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subject borrowed roommate’s car without telling her.

• Dec. 16 — Burglary, non-forced — 1700 block of Pecan Manor Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject burglarized victim’s house.

• Dec. 16 — Counterfeiting, using — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject used counterfeit bill at gas station.

• Dec. 17 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Males attempted larceny.

• Dec. 17 — Police, welfare check — 6900 block of Morgan Place Drive, Clemmons. Subject suffering from mental disability.

• Dec. 17 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Students made a SnapChat post about school shooting.

• Dec. 17 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Lockdown school due to report of gunfire.

• Dec. 18 — Trouble with neighbor — 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Argument between neighbors.

• Dec. 18 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Subjects involved in a disturbance.

• Dec. 18 — Trouble with neighbor — 4500 block of Silo Ridge Court, Clemmons. Neighbors were having a loud party.

• Dec. 19 — Threatening suicide — 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party concerned for subject’s wellbeing.

• Dec. 19 — Police service, assist agency — 4300 block of Hampton Road/Barrington Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Assisted NCSHP with crash investigation.

• Dec. 19 — FCSO, locate wanted person, FCSO, domestic disturbance – 1600 block of Cedar Path Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party reported disturbance with son who has mental health issues.
