Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 3 — Larceny, all other — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Construction site entered and DeWalt miter saw and extension cords were stolen.

• Jan. 3 — Impersonation — 3000 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Attempt to scam elderly subject.

• Jan. 3 — Suspicious person, FCSO, K-9 activity — 100 block of Shallowford Reserve Drive, Lewisville. Subject said that she heard someone outside of her windows.

• Jan. 4 — Breaking and entering with force — 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect(s) broke window and attempted to enter residence.

• Jan. 4 — Police service, attempted suicide — 6000 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Subject was drinking alcoholic beverages and talking about self harm.

• Jan. 4 — Automobile theft — 8800 block of Kings Tree Road, Lewisville. Motor vehicle was taken from the victim’s driveway.

• Jan. 4 — Found property — 700 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Several items found by the caller in his hand.

• Jan. 5 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 900 block of Dalton Road, Lewisville. Person reported a package was stolen by the delivery driver.

• Jan. 6 — All other offenses — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Gang graffiti written in bathroom stall.

• Jan. 6 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 7300 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Aggressive animal.

• Jan. 6 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect stole phone from victim’s pocketbook.

• Jan. 7 — Death investigation — 1200 block of Meadow Chase Drive, Lewisville. Male was found unconscious on bathroom floor.

• Jan. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Kelwyn Lane, Lewisville. Subject contacted her asking her to remove a post.

• Jan. 7 — Death investigation — 3300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject located deceased outside residence.

• Jan. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Appian Way, Clemmons. Subject penetrated by broadhead bolt while hunting for deer.

• Jan. 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Magnolia Park Drive/Millbridge Road, Clemmons. Subcontractor was living at work site.

• Jan. 8 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia located during traffic stop.

• Jan. 8 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from store.

• Jan. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Female assaulted another female in parking lot.

• Jan. 9 — FCSO, harassment, non-criminal — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Customer harassed employee.

• Jan. 9 — Drug violations, FCSO, violations of auto law, operation violation — 800 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.
