Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 9 — Driving while impaired, transporting tax-paid liquor, driving while license revoked/suspended — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Jan. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Female assaulted another female in parking lot.

• Jan. 9 — FCSO, harassment, non-criminal — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Customer harassed employee.

• Jan. 9 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student was sending nude pictures via Snapchat.

• Jan. 9 — Drug violations, FCSO, violation of auto law, operation violation — 800 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.

• Jan. 10 — Tampering with vehicle — 4800 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Offender sleeping in bus.

• Jan. 10 — Police service, welfare check — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Woman having trouble with electronic devices.

• Jan. 10 — Missing person — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject went to store and never made it home.

• Jan. 10 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1500 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Caller reported that ex-business partner was still using business accounts.

• Jan. 11 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 4700 block of Epic Trail, Clemmons. Person reported cellphone number was ported.

• Jan. 11 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Patient was upset at facility.

• Jan. 12 — Lost property — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lost wallet with belongings.

• Jan. 12 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Male assaulted female, exposed himself to same female.

• Jan. 13 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1000 block of Conrad Road, Lewisville. Subject used Walmart account to make purchase with someone else’s credit card.

• Jan. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Couple in breakfast area of motel.

• Jan. 13 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject entered unlocked vehicle and took property.

• Jan. 13 — Larceny from auto — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons.  Catalytic converter was stolen.

• Jan. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information provided about trespassing.

• Jan. 14 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.
