Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 15 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Female assaulted at bar by another female.

• Jan. 15 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Offenders took packages off front porch.

• Jan. 15 — Robbery — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Male in all black robbed sweepstakes at gunpoint.

• Jan. 15 — Animal cruelty — 7500 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Animal neglect.

• Jan. 16 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2200 block of McKinnon Court, Clemmons. Subject was knocking on door at unusual hour.

• Jan. 16 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was causing disturbance at multiple businesses.

• Jan. 16 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject was speeding and operating vehicle while under the influence.

• Jan. 16 — Trouble with juvenile — 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Subject being unruly to parents.

• Jan. 17 — Breaking and entering with force — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject(s) broke into business and stole two game machines.

• Jan. 17 — Overdose — 700 block of Pilgrim Ford Court, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on Xanax, went to EMS for evaluation.

• Jan. 17 — Suspicious vehicle — 1700 block of Crashore Drive, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle parked at the end of the roadway.

• Jan. 18 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Offender kicked victim.

• Jan. 18 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party did not want certain staff in his room.

• Jan. 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Member at gym made uncertain statement.

• Jan. 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Injured wildlife.

• Jan. 19 — Police service, welfare check — 1000 block of Chockecherry Lane, Lewisville. Welfare check requested by physician.

• Jan. 19 — Littering — 8000 block of Mill Chase Road, Lewisville. Individual(s) dumped trash at edge of property.

• Jan. 19 — Rabies exposure — 100 block of Applewood Drive, Lewisville. Rabies exposure.

• Jan. 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Disagreement in restaurant drive-thru.

• Jan. 20 — Police service, assist agency — 600 block of Dorse Road, Lewisville. Depressed male was abusing alcohol and pills.

• Jan. 22 — Impersonation — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Male called impersonating an officer.

• Jan. 22 — Breaking and entering without force — 6900 block of Harper View Court, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked outbuilding.

• Jan. 22 — Found property — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Air-soft gun located in woods.

• Jan. 23 — FCSO, police service, damage to county property — 4800 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Noticed chip in windshield.

• Jan. 23 — Trouble with neighbor — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Ongoing issue between individuals.
