Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 24 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Resident on premises threatened personnel and harmed herself.

• Jan. 24 — Larceny from auto — 6200 block of Hacker Bend Court, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut off U-haul truck.

• Jan. 25 — FCSO police service, information provided — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Reporting party claims she was drugged at a bar.

• Jan. 25 — Driving while impaired — 900 block of Brookway Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Jan. 26 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole lawn mower.

• Jan. 26 — Illegal dumping — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Trash dumped in hotel dumpster.

• Jan. 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Information provided concerning family member.

• Jan. 26 — Vandalism — 7500 block of Rondex Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject forced front screen door open causing damage.

• Jan. 27 — Automobile theft — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspects stole dirt bike from yard.

• Jan. 27 — Harassing phone calls — 1300 block of Glen Oaks Road, Clemmons. Caller received harassing phone calls.

• Jan. 27 — Breaking and entering with force — 5900 block of James Street, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from storage locker.

• Jan. 27 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 4700 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Found dog.

• Jan. 27 — FCSO, police service, information provided — Student had Vapes on school property.

• Jan. 28 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Phone taken.

• Jan. 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Reporting party claims she was sexually assaulted by subject.

• Jan. 28 — Threatening suicide — 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject made “suicidal statements.”

• Jan. 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Reporting party advised individual mailed medication.

• Jan. 29 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 8300 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Individuals seen on camera trying to enter vehicles on property.

• Jan. 30 — Drug violations — 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Offender possessed marijuana.

• Jan. 30 — Suspicious person — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Person attempted entry into wrong apartment.

• Jan. 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party stated his credit card paid for groceries for another subject.

• Jan. 30 — Suspicious person — 8300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspicious person shaking door handle.

• Jan. 30 — Drug violations — 8200 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Attacked or committed.
