Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 31 — Burglary, non-forced, auto-breaking and larceny, drug violations — 100 block of Brookton Court, Clemmons. Offenders broke into houses and vehicles, marijuana, possessed stolen property.

• Jan. 31 — Vandalism — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Pharmacy window damaged.

• Feb. 1 — Vandalism — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Vandalized bathroom.

• Feb. 1 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject used email of victim to try and change her employer’s payment information.

• Feb. 1 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 600 block of Barkworth Road, Clemmons. Fraudulent activity.

• Feb. 1 — Larceny from auto — 2800 block of Midlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Catalytic converter stolen from parked vehicle.

• Feb. 1 — Trespassing — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student who is suspended was spotted on campus.

• Feb. 1 — Trespassing — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information in reference to unwanted subjects on property.

• Feb. 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6800 block of Wellsley Court, Clemmons. Reporting party never received ordered items.

• Feb. 1 — Barking dogs — 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Report of dogs barking excessively.

• Feb. 1 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 6400 block of La Grande Drive, Lewisville.

• Feb. 2 — Receiving stolen property from another jurisdiction — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Located a stolen registration plate.

• Feb. 2 — Vandalism — 4500 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle was vandalized due to road rage.

• Feb. 2 — Dog bites and attacks — 6100 block of Parkdale Drive, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Feb. 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject complained staff was harassing him.

• Feb. 2 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party had packages stolen from his front porch.

• Feb. 2 — Disorderly conduct — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject charged with disorderly conduct.

• Feb. 2 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 800 block of Fox Run Drive, Lewisville. Subject was refusing to leave property.

• Feb. 2 — Violation of auto law, all other — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual drinking in passenger side of vehicle.

• Feb. 3 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer got loud with one of the bankers in the branch.

• Feb. 3 — Breaking and entering with force — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Homeowner’s home broken into.

• Feb. 3 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Information provided concerning fraud.

• Feb. 3 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of Harper Road/westbound I-40, Clemmons. Assisted Highway Patrol on intoxicated driver.

• Feb. 3 — Possessing/concealing stolen property — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen firearms recovered.

• Feb. 3 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Unknown individual made statement of harm.

• Feb. 3 — Driving while impaired — 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 4 —Larceny, all other — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. License plate stolen from vehicle.

• Feb. 4 — Trespassing — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was trespassing at church.

• Feb. 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Suspect hit victim in the face.

• Feb. 4 — Runaway — 6600 block of Gentry Court, Clemmons. Juvenile ran away from home, located shortly after dispatch was notified.

• Feb. 5 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Resident advised she was assaulted by nurse.

• Feb. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons. Mother was concerned about son’s mental state.

• Feb. 6 — Larceny, all other — 5700 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Amazon package was stolen off front porch.

• Feb. 6 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Reporting party had questions about eviction process.

• Feb. 6 — Vandalism — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject threw object from vehicle.
