Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 21 — Weapon on school/educational property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Students possessed toy gun on campus.

• Feb. 21 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 8900 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Elderly male purchased money-pack cards for scam caller posing as Leo.

• Feb. 21 — Larceny, all other — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Money taken from tip jar.

• Feb. 22 — Autobreaking and larceny — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student’s vehicle broken into.

• Feb. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 6900 block of Harpervalley Lane, Clemmons. Elderly female found walking along roadway.

• Feb. 23 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 7700 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Female requested male to leave her residence.

• Feb. 23 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 600 block of Brookway West Court, Lewisville. Subject had money stolen from Walmart.com

• Feb. 24 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student lost headphone case in class.

• Feb. 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Patient was acting hostile toward staff.

• Feb. 24 — Vandalism — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Victim’s tire was slashed in parking lot.

• Feb. 24 — Careless and reckless driving — 4900 block of Styers Ferry Road/Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Subject seen driving as if on impairing substance.

• Feb. 25 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Headphone stolen from store.

• Feb. 25 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5500 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Subject made concerning statement to victim.

• Feb. 25 — Dog bites and attacks — 3000 block of Panther Ridge Lane, Lewisville. Bite call.

• Feb. 25 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 900 block of Sequoia Drive/Holly Hedge Drive, Lewisville. Located wanted subject.

• Feb. 26 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6500 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Suspect threatened victim.

• Feb. 26 — Automobile theft — 300 block of Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Male reported his car was stolen.

• Feb. 27 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subjects involved in a disturbance.

• Feb. 27 — Shoplifting, drug violations, trespassing — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Juveniles causing disturbance at E-Stop.
