Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 28 — Larceny from building — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Money stolen from jacket.

• Feb. 28 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of  westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance.

• Feb. 28 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop leads to DWI investigations.

• March 1 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment — 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia located during traffic stop.

• March 1 — FCSO, all other offenses, animal-related — 5300 block of Mapleton Street, Clemmons. Goat found on back porch.

• March 1 — Breaking and entering without force, trespassing — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Trespass and enter church building.

• March 1 — Disorderly conduct — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Males cussing at each other in a parking lot.

• March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Disturbance over refusal of service at store.

• March 2 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject took unpaid merchandise.

• March 2 — Lost/stolen license plate — 2100 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject switched out license plates.

• March 2 — Lost property — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lost firearm.

• March 2 — Threatening suicide — 4400 block of Driftwood Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatened self-harm.

• March 2 — Trouble with neighbor — 100 block of Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Male wanted to make complaint about neighbor’s dog.

• March 3 — Dog bites and attacks — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• March 3 — Threatening suicide — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student threatening suicide.

• March 3 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of James St., Clemmons. Woman suffering from dementia in roadway.

• March 4 — Larceny from auto — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Suspect took temporary tag off victim’s vehicle.

• March 4 — Impersonation — 3500 block of Meadow Glen Drive, Clemmons. Suspect tried to scam reporting party out of money.

• March 4 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Information provided concerning abuse.

• March 4 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to take items from store.

• March 4 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Attempted fraud.

• March 5 — Automobile theft — 300 block of Autumn View Drive, Clemmons. Car stolen from victim.

• March 5 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop leads to drug investigation.

• March 6 — Police service, assist agency — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Report of a possible shooting.

• March 6 — Police service, welfare check — 1800 block of Kilrush Road, Clemmons. Subject was thinking of self harm.

• March 6 — Trouble with juvenile — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juvenile females walked away from church.

• March 6 — FCSO, police service, security check — 2600 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. 911 hang up at public event.
