The Village of Clemmons has partnered with SeeClickFix to announce a new platform that will allow citizens to report quality-of-life issues and village service requests. Use the app to report issues such as:
• Missed trash / recycling pick up
• Damaged trash or recycling carts
• Water/sewer leak issues
• Missing/damaged street sign
• Potholes
• Street light issues
• Stormwater drainage
• Stormwater pollution/illicit discharge
With the free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, Clemmons residents will now be able to provide village staff with pictures, specific descriptions and more — valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. In addition, the platform provides a way for staff to manage issues from creation to resolution — engaging citizens throughout the process.
The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Android and iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports by accessing the tools on the Village of Clemmons website.
