The Titans are in high spirits during this four-day week.
Today is the last day of the third quarter, meaning the countdown to summer break is officially on. This week was undoubtedly stressful with everyone getting their last-minute assignments in.
West Forsyth’s Key Club is hosting a “Feed My Starving Children” event. Volunteers will hand-pack meals designed specially for children in need. The non-profit FMSC will ship the meals to nearly 70 countries around the world. Help change a child’s life and sign up to volunteer on West Forsyth’s Homepage.
Clemmons Rotary Club has recognized Janie Peterson as its student of the month. Peterson is apart of the cross country/track and field team as well as being the sports editor of the school newspaper. Peterson is described as having a genuine heart for all students. Way to make the Titan family proud, Janie!
Seniors, in order to be recognized at the West Forsyth Awards Day, copies of scholarship/financial aid letters that show scholarships earned must be submitted to Student Services by May 6. Awards Day will be on May 20.
The fourth quarter will start Monday, March 28.
Spring sports are still in motion. To stay updated on their progress and schedules follow @wfsportsmktg on Instagram or Twitter.
A short week means not much to tattle on, but as always, Go Titans!
