• March 28 — Police service, assist agency — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Individual collapsed and pronounced deceased in hotel room.

• March 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Information provided regarding suspicious activity.

• March 28 — Trouble with juvenile — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student left campus with 18-year-old male.

• March 28 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1800 block of Adare Drive, Clemmons. Information provided concerning fraud.

• March 28 — Police service, welfare check — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Information provided regarding assisted living.

• March 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Shopping cart rolled into vehicle.

• March 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student mentioned bringing a gun to school.

• March 28 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of West Bridge Court, Clemmons. Caller concerned her computer had been hacked.

• March 28 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Nursing home resident pushed staff member.

• March 28 — Breaking and entering with force — 5900 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Suspect(s) broke into residence and stole items.

• March 29 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student unable to locate wallet.

• March 29 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Civil dispute.

• March 29 — Lost property — 5100 block of Ivy Trace Court/Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject left transmitter and now unable to locate same.

• March 29 — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation, driving while revoked/suspended — 2500 block of Newington Court, Clemmons. Motorcycle fled from traffic stop attempt, driver fled residence on foot.

• March 30 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of Kenwalt Drive, Clemmons. Caller concerned about her daughter’s mental health.

• March 30 — Larceny, all other — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Firearm was removed from room and carried away.

• March 30 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 100 block of Eagle Glen Court, Clemmons. Subjects engaged in civil issues involving a truck and trailer.

• March 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Subject claimed to be assaulted by hospital employee.

• March 30 — Larceny from building — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Students took FitBits out of teacher’s office.

• March 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3800 block of Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Offender broke window on victim’s vehicle and stole purse.

• April 1 — Drug violations — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Offender found in possession of controlled substance.

• April 1 — Larceny from building — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. AirPods stolen.

• April 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 8900 block of Harpers Grove Lane, Clemmons. Animal bites.

• April 1 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Two students assaulted another student.

• April 1 — Vandalism — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject spraypainted the chimney on shelter.

• April 2 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on narcotics.

• April 2 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported fraudulent transaction from Sam’s Club.

• April 2 — Found property — 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Found wallet.

• April 2 — Driving while impaired, no operator’s license, violation of auto law — 200 block of soutbound U.S. 421, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• April 2 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1800 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject reported fraud from another Facebook user.

• April 3 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3400 block of Clemmons Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Communicated threats.

• April 3 – Death investigation — 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Subject was found deceased.

• April 3 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, transporting/equipment, FCSO, violation of auto law, operation violation — 900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Cedar Hollow, Lewisville. Traffic stop leads to drug investigation.

• April 4 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 8100 block of Carrousel Drive, Clemmons. Elderly female reported scam caller has her address and ID.

• April 4 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment — 4600-BLK River Gate Dr., Clemmons.  Subject finds bag containing marijuana and paraphernalia.

• April 4 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6900 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject attempted to use credit card to make purchase.

• April 5 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject took cigarettes.

• April 5 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 5300 block of Graycliff Lane, Clemmons. Aggressive dog.

• April 5 — FCSO, all other offense, discharging pyrotechnics — 8600 block of Stone Valley Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject set off fireworks.

• April 5 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons.  Resident assaulted.

• April 6 — Trespassing — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student was trespassing during suspension.

• April 6  Overdose — 4200 block of Gardenspring Drive, Clemmons. Female mixed prescription drugs and alcohol.

• April 7 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Disturbance over eviction.

• April 8 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Victim was assaulted by being pushed to the ground.

• April 8 — Peeping Tom — 4500 block of Jasper Ridge Dr., Clemmons. Subject looking into occupied room of residence.

• April 8 — Found property — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Female found wallet at Walmart.

• April 9 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1400 block of Lake Cottage Road, Clemmons. Subject claimed his landlord turned off the lights to the home.

• April 9 — FCSO, police service, security check — 2100 block of Chandler Place Circle, Clemmons. Kids playing in vacant apartment.

• April 10 —Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6100 block of Barrington Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Mailbox.

• April 10 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 2500 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Subjects in a dispute over child custody.
