Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 11 — Found property — 6900 block of August Drive, Clemmons. Father advises son found “mason sword” and wanted to provide to Leo.

• April 11 — Police service, welfare check — 1700 block of Harper Springs Drive, Clemmons. Child fled from his home.

• April 11 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Neighbor assaulted.

• April 11 — Vandalism — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Rock thrown through window.

• April 11 — Vandalism — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Offender vandalized victim’s vehicle in retaliation.

• April 11 — Vandalism — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Victim had window to apartment smashed.

• April 11 — Trespassing — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Subjects got onto the roof of the school.

• April 12 — Suspicious person — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located suspicious person.

• April 13 — Larceny from building — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Person living in home took property and left.

• April 13 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subjects in a disturbance.

• April 13 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical, FCSO, harassment (non-criminal) — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Subject was banging on victim’s door and make threats toward her.

• April 13 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Elderly female became lost and confused.

• April 14 — Breaking and entering with force — 4200 block of Manor House Circle, Clemmons. Breaking and entering by using key.

• April 14 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject took item from store.

• April 14 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Male trespassed on store property.

• April 14 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 800 block of Tierney Drive/Curtina Lane, Lewisville. Property line dispute.

• April 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Female left items in motel room.

• April 15 — Police service, welfare check — 200 block of Field Brook Drive, Clemmons. Autistic child ran away from home.

• April 15 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 300 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Unknown suspect defrauded victim’s Walmart account.

• April 15 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1800 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subject caused a disturbance.

• April 16 — Breaking and entering without force — 4200 block of Manor House Circle, Clemmons. Listed offender broke into former employer’s business and stole a TV.

• April 16 — Threatening suicide — 2500 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Male subject reported to have threatened suicide.

• April 16 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects trespassed from store.

• April 16 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect attempted to take items from store.

• April 17 — Threatening suicide — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male threatened suicide.

• April 17 — Found property — 1400 block of Ferguson Drive, Clemmons. Homeowner located cellphone in front yard.

• April 17 — Police service, non-criminal fall for service — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Manager wanted trespasser removed from property.

• April 17 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Assisted highway patrol.
