The Village of Clemmons is seeking board and commission members. 

Do you have an interest in land use and planning for the future? The Planning Board has three open positions whose terms expire June 30, 2025.

Do you have an interest in judge and jury? The Zoning Board of Adjustment has one regular and one alternate position whose terms expire June 30, 2024.

Do you have interest and experience in sustainable development and smart growth? Apply to be a part of the new Sustainable Development and Smart Growth Ad Hoc Committee. The desired seat categories of the committee should include:

• Individuals registered with N.C. foresters, landscape architects, engineers and surveyors.

• Individuals with occupations such as conservation scientists, environmental scientists, geoscientists, hydrologists and wildlife biologists.

• Village of Clemmons business or property owners.

The committee should specialize in fields that will allow them to give village staff expert advice that will translate to prudent policies. 

All applicants must live within the corporate boundaries of the Village of Clemmons with the exception of experts on the Sustainable Development and Smart Growth Ad-Hoc Committee.
