Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• April 25 — Forcible rape — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Anonymous sane kit provided by hospital staff.

• April 25 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance at gas station.

• April 25 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 5900 block of Katlas Trail, Clemmons.

• April 25 — Suspicious person — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious person on premises.

• April 25 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject defrauded of money online.

• April 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1800 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Resident smashed alarm panel after being unable to deactivate it.

• April 26 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Cigarettes stolen from counter.

• April 26 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject made bomb threat toward school.

• April 26 — Breaking and entering with force — 5000 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. House break-in and larceny.

• April 26 — Disorderly conduct — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student caused disturbance in building by running.

• April 26 — Trespassing — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student left authorized area after being suspended.

• April 26 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance concerning construction.

• April 26 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 4500 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Vehicle’s wheel damaged.

• April 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Employee reported suspected shoplifting to deputy.

• April 26 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect stole groceries from store.

• April 27 — Breaking and entering without force — 4400 block of Woodlark Court, Clemmons. Subject entered residence and took items.

• April 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Forsythia Trail, Clemmons. Suspicious text.

• April 27 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Aggressive animal.

• April 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3800 block of Ranchwood Drive, Clemmons. Alleged juvenile threw a rock over fence.

• April 27 — Other sex offense — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Adult male agreed to meet with underage female.

• April 27 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 300 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Reporting party stated funds were fraudulently removed from checking account.

• April 28 — Harassing phone calls — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Reporting party received unwanted phone calls.

• April 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Subject stated she was being hacked.

• April 28 — Larceny, all other — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Reporting party alleged friend stole money while in her vehicle.

• April 28 — Suspicious person — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subject following females.

• April 28 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 4700 block of Commercial Park Court, Clemmons. Person alleges someone pushed him.

• April 28 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 300 block of Fox Ridge Circle, Lewisville. Unknown suspect scammed victim.

• April 29 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance between co-workers.

• April 29 — Larceny from auto — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect stole license place off victim’s vehicle.

• April 30 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault – 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was assaulted by a stranger at bank.

• April 30 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Multiple guests got into a verbal argument.

• April 30 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Male threatens victims.

• April 30 — Burglary, non-forced, auto-breaking and larceny, tampering with vehicle — 3000 block of Cameron Village Court, Clemmons. Subject entered unlocked garage.

• April 30 — Aggravated assault — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Gun was pointed at victim.

• April 30 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 100 block of southbound U.S. 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Stolen vehicle located at exit off of southbound U.S. 421.

• April 30 — Found property — 7800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Found checkbooks were returned to their owner.

• May 1 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Friend was threatened.

• May 1 — Larceny from auto — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Catalytic converter was cut off vehicle in parking lot.

• May 1 — Larceny from auto — 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Catalytic converter was cut from vehicle.

• May 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject misplaced property and it was recovered while deputy was on scene.

• May 1 — Involuntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 5600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject stated she wanted to harm herself.

• May 1 — Forcible fondling — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Male nursing home resident grabbed resident’s breast.

• May 1 — Aggravated assault, drug violations — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim at his place of employment.
