Opening day for Clemmons Farmers Market a huge success

More than 1,000 shoppers showed up for the first Clemmons Famers Market of the season last Saturday. Organizers estimate that the attendance set a new record. With 35 vendors present offering everything from hand-made crafts and jewelry to locally-grown produce and even some freshly squeezed lemonade, there was plenty of shopping going on.

Thanks to all of the vendors and patrons for coming out.

Same time, same place this Saturday.
