Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 8 — Overdose — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Female overdosed on pills.

• May 8 — Overdose — 9300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on suspected heroin.

• May 9 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7200 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Suspect entered locked vehicle and stole money.

• May 9 — Violation of city/county ordinance, noice related — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect playing loud music in a parking lot.

• May 9 — FCSO, fleet vehicle accident — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Driver made sharp turn and hit county vehicle.

• May 9 — Trouble with neighbor — 200 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Neighbor’s contractor cut trees on another neighbor’s property.

• May 9 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1000 block of Thunderwood Farm Lane, Lewisville. Reporting party provided debit card number to potential scammer.

• May 10 — Violation of city/county ordinance, animal related — 3900 block of Fieldview Court, Clemmons. Animal complaint.

• May 10 — Police service, welfare check — 1800 block of Ammons Drive, Clemmons. Autistic child left the home on foot.

• May 10 — Dog bites and attacks — 8500 block of Lismore Street, Clemmons. Visitor bitten by dog.

• May 10 —Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 6100 block of Sunny Brook Drive, Clemmons. Recovered a stolen vehicle listed stolen out of Charlotte.

• May 10 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related, dog bites and attacks — 5600 block of Clouds Harbor Trail, Clemmons. Subject bitten by stray dog.

• May 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller reported internal investigation.

• May 10 — Other vehicle theft — 9000 block of Fantasy Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject stole victim’s trailer.

• May 11 — Death investigation — 6500 block of Valleyoak Drive, Clemmons. Death investigation of potential overdose.

• May 11 — Drug violation, FCSO, K-9 activity — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student found in possession of marijuana.

• May 11 — Dog bites and attacks — 5300 block of Moss Creek Lane, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• May 12 — Vandalism — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject shattered window of vehicle.

• May 12 — Vandalism — 3800 block of Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Mailbox belonging to victim damaged.

• May 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3400 block of Sharpe Street, Clemmons. Wildlife.

• May 12 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1000 block of Cresthaven Road, Lewisville. Civil dispute over motorcycle.

• May 13 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 4500 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Subject impersonating FCSO deputy calling sex offenders with Clemmons address.

• May 13 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 5900 block of Edgewater Drive, Clemmons. Aggressive animal.

• May 13 — Found property — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Handgun located in restaurant bathroom.

• May 13 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects were in a physical altercation.

• May 13 — Overdose — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Female overdosed on drugs and taken to hospital.

• May 13 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Individuals arguing at gas station.

• May 14 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Items were stolen out of unlocked vehicle.

• May 14 — Police service, welfare check — 4700 block of Country Boy Lane, Clemmons. Subject made statements that made a friend believe he intended to harm himself.

• May 15 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Apartment broken into.

• May 15 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance at restaurant.
