Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 15 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Apartment broken into.

• May 15 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance at restaurant.

• May 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 3700 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Clemmons. Owner bitten by dog.

• May 17 — Breaking and entering without force — 2500 block of Brook Stone Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered residence and took property.

• May 17 — Lost property — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Apple AirPods left at hotel.

• May 17 — Vandalism — 2800 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Slashed tire.

• May 17 — Breaking and entering without force — 2500 block of Brook Stone Drive, Clemmons. Residence was entered through basement door and tote bag was stolen.

• May 17 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Daughter left in the middle of the night.

• May 17 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Disturbance in the parking lot.

• May 18 — Threatening suicide — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Subject was threatening suicide with a firearm.

• May 18 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1000 block of Arbor Run Drive, Lewisville. Unknown individual(s) forged check.

• May 19 — Larceny, all other — 1200 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Offender stole victim’s tools.

• May 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Pebble Run Lane, Clemmons. Family turned over guns/ammo of deceased relative.

• May 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Message was sent asking to see daughter naked.

• May 19 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspect tethered a dog to a vehicle.

• May 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal – 500 block of Sunny Park Circle, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance regarding vehicle.

• May 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Patient was belligerent and was told to leave hospital.

• May 20 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Beer stolen from store.

• May 20 — Police service, welfare check — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject stated a person raped her.

• May 20 — Police service, assist agency — 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Vehicle crash yielded impaired driver.

• May 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject assaulted an employee by throwing a drink at them.

• May 21 — Larceny, all other — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject took victim’s package off the porch.

• May 21 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Subject refused to leave when asked.

• May 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender threw food at victim.

• May 21 — Other liquor law violations — 900 block of Boyer Drive, Clemmons. Underage drinking party.

• May 21 — Suspicious person — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person seen sitting in vehicle staring at business.

• May 21 — Drug violations, driving while impaired — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired and possessed marijuana.

• May 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4800 block of Terrence Drive, Clemmons. Female made comments of self-harm.

• May 22 — Other sex offense — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Electronic message sent to minor child soliciting sex.

• May 22 — Trespassing — 500 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Subject requested officer remove son from residence.
