Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• May 22 — Burglary, non-forced — 3200 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. House and outbuilding were broken into.

• May 22 — Burglary, forced, vandalism — 7000 block of Harperglen Road, Clemmons. Screen door was cut open.

• May 22 — Burglary, forced, vandalism — 3200 block of Turnstone Court, Clemmons. Screen door was cut open.

• May 22 — Other sex offense — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Electronic message to artificial minor child soliciting sex.

• May 22 — Trespassing — 500 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Subject requested officer remove son from residence.

• May 23 — Suspicious person — 7100 block of Greystone Village Court, Clemmons. Subject was seen looking into windows at two different residences on ring video cameras.

• May 23 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 7000 block of Harperglen Road, Clemmons. Subject cut a porch screen and attempted to gain entry into a residence.

• May 23 — Burglary, non-forced — 7100 block of Greystone Village Court, Clemmons. Subject entered through unlocked back doors and took items within residence.

• May 23 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown male threatened victim.

• May 23 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance at grocery store.

• May 23 — Vandalism — 8900 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Windshield wiper was broken off of vehicle.

• May 23 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole beer from grocery store.

• May 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3300 block of Brookland Drive, Clemmons. Assisted Village of Clemmons during abatement.

• May 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 9000 block of Stone Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• May 24 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6900 block of Harpervalley Lane, Clemmons. Email account hacked and scam emails sent.

• May 24 — Abandoned vehicle — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Vehicle left unattended in Village of Clemmons.

• May 24 — Police service, welfare check — 7700 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Elderly male was located in roadway.

• May 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 1700 block of Brandon Farm Road, Clemmons. Owner bitten by cat.

• May 25 — Careless and reckless driving — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject ran red light at a high rate of speed, causing collision.

• May 25 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student provided gang intel.

• May 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4200 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Sick wildlife.

• May 25 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 5700 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Reporting party advised a stranger threatened to hack bank account.

• May 25 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Individual causing disturbance at business.

• May 26 — Burglary non-forced, auto-breaking and larceny — 900 block of Boyer Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered residence and shed through unlocked doors, took items from vehicle.

• May 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 700 block of Clemmons Crossing Court, Clemmons. Reporting party said someone went into his vehicle.

• May 26 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject used profanity and followed reporting party.

• May 26 — Forgery, using/uttering — 1000 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to cash a check from a closed account.

• May 26 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offenders stole items.

• May 27 — Overdose — 600 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject found passed out from fentanyl use.
