Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 6 — Suspicious person — 3700 block of Squirewood Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject tried to open basement door.

• June 6 — Embezzlement, wire/computer/other electronic — 2500 block of Old Glory Road, Clemmons. Church treasurer embezzled money from the church.

• June 7 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Male stole cigarettes from store.

• June 7 — Illegal dumping — 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject dumped three logs onto victim’s yard.

• June 7 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject attempted to return used items to store.

• June 7 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana and paraphernalia located in plain view.

• June 7 — Dog bites and attacks — 3100 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• June 7 — Larceny, all other — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole wallet from store.

• June 7 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Subject caused disturbance at school.

• June 7 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender took items without paying.

• June 7 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Unknown subject made a charge on her credit card.

• June 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Forest Oak, Clemmons. Wheel fell off vehicle after mechanical work.

• June 7 — Trouble with juvenile — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Juveniles causing problem in apartment complex.

• June 7 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 100 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Individual’s car towed from overflow lot.

• June 7 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Neighbors had a disturbance between each other.

• June 8 — Larceny — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party stated employee was stealing building materials.

• June 8 — Suspicious person — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Individual going through dumpster.

• June 8 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Individual reported having mental issues.

• June 8 — Vandalism — 1500 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Rear glass of vehicle busted out.

• June 9 — Vandalism — 3700 block of Clemmons Road/Littlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Vandalism to tractor-trailer during road rage.

• June 9 — Police service, attempted suicide — 4600 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons. Subject took medication to inflict self harm.

• June 10 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject removed box from the counter and left without paying.

• June 11 — Tampering with vehicle — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported vehicle being broken into but no items were taken.

• June 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4400 block of Moratock Lane, Clemmons. Wildlife.

• June 11 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance inside store.

• June 12 — Overdose — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Female intentionally took unknown amount of pills with alcohol.

• June 12 —Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Female took items from store without paying.

• June 12 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Subject was frauded of money online.

• June 12 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6200 block of Spring Park Road, Clemmons. Victim reported being slapped and choked.
