Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 12 — Overdose — 3400 block of Cook place Drive, Clemmons. Female intentionally took unknown amount of pills with alcohol.

• June 12 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Female took items from store without paying.

• June 12 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Subject defrauded of money online.

• June 12 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault – 6200 block of Spring Park Road, Clemmons. Victim reported being slapped and choked.

• June 13 — Suspicious person — 1700 block of Ramhurst Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject was looking into residence.

• June 13 — Suspicious person — 1700 block of Chester Valley Court, Clemmons. Suspicious male seen on doorbell camera.

• June 13 — Robbery — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject presented a firearm and demanded money.

• June 13 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Dog bite at Animal Ark.

• June 13 — Larceny, all other — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Phone stolen from waterpark.

• June 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported possible public nudity.

• June 13 — Drug violations — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Person reported marijuana inside of room.

• June 13 — Police service, assist agency — 6000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Assisted highway patrol with a vehicle pursuit.

• June 14 — Dog bites and attacks — 6600 block of Village Brook Trail, Clemmons. Cat bit owner.

• June 14 — Larceny, all other — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject grabbed items and left store without paying.

• June 14 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 4200 block of Manor House Circle, Clemmons. Mother reported male subject using dog aggressively.

• June 14 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 100 block of Linker Place Court, Clemmons. Communicating threats during road rage incident.

• June 14 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Controlled substance and drug paraphilia found during home search by probation.

• June 14 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person yelling for help.

• June 14 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect assaulted victim at place of work.

• June 14 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1400 block of Ashfield Court, Lewisville. Female wanted work trucks removed from in front of her property.

• June 15 — Lost property — 6300 block of Jessie Lane/Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Person reported losing their iPad.

• June 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4600 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Person wanted money to delete photos.

• June 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 4800 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Suspicious ad posted in church bulletin.

• June 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5300 block of Leesa Drive, Clemmons. Reporting person believed he located stolen trailer.

• June 16 — Breaking and entering without force —6200 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Offenders entered building.

• June 16 — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation, driving while license revoked/suspended — 100 block of westbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Driver speeding on a revoked license and provide false name.

• June 17 — Larceny, all other — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Larceny of wallet from gym bag.

• June 17 — Trespassing, violation of city/county ordinance — 5400 block of Dock Davis Road/Idols Road, Clemmons. Homeowner reported unknown vehicle of property.

• June 17 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 900 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville.  Individuals arguing over broken down lawn mower.

• June 18 — Drug violations, CCW-possession/concealing weapons, FCSO, violation of auto-operation violation — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop resulted in locating cocaine and a gun.

• June 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Briarwood Court, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted to know how to get subject to stop bothering him.

• June 18 — Suspicious person — 7200 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Drug investigation involving searching a residence.

• June 18 — Vandalism — 2300 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject backed vehicle into mailbox.

• June 19 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Controlled substance found in a hotel room.

• June 19 — Vandalism — 6700 block of Linwood Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle’s windshield was cracked.

• June 19 — Larceny, all other — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject put beer in shopping cart and walked out without paying.

• June 19 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5200 block of Bridge Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Road rage incident lead to driver following other driver home.

• June 19 — Police service, welfare check — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Paranoid driver requested law enforcement response.
