Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject trespassed from business.

• June 20 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Fight at restaurant.

• June 20 — FCSO, all other offense, animal-related — 1800 block of Springfield Farm Court, Clemmons. Aggressive dog.

• June 20 — Suspicious person — 7500 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious person asked to leave by staff.

• June 20 — Aggravated assault — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Subject pointed a handgun.

• June 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• June 21 — Automobile theft — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Victim’s vehicle was stolen from the parking lot.

• June 21 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Hotel guest was in a disturbance with management.

• June 21 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Located wanted person.

• June 21 — Trouble with neighbor — 4800 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Neighbors recording with their cellphones.

• June 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 700 block of Tanglewood Park Road, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted individual banned from property.

• June 22 — Driving while impaired — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of controlled substance.

• June 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Reporting party received call about owing monies.

• June 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Unwanted subject at restaurant.

• June 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6100 block of Hanes Way, Clemmons. Sick/injured fox found on reporting party’s backyard.

• June 22 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender stole beer.

• June 22 — Suspicious person — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject talking to staff about human trafficking.

• June 22 — Police service, welfare check — 6400 block of River Crest Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party reports son’s friend threatened to commit suicide.

• June 23 — All other fraud — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Hotel and clerk scammed of monies.

• June 23 — Violation of city/county ordinance, animal-related — 1800 block of Ellison Creek Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• June 24 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Standby while employee was terminated.

• June 24 — Found property — 1900 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Town employee located wallet in the roadway.

• June 24 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1600 block of Springfield Way Drive, Clemmons. Fraudulent activity reported.

• June 24 — Death investigation — 400 block of Spring Meadow Court, Lewisville. Elderly female deceased from natural causes.

• June 25 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Patient said she had a call bell pulled from her hands resulting in laceration.

• June 25 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Hispanic male stole items shopping cart.

• June 25 —Driving while impaired, driving while license revoked/suspended — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Suspect drove while impaired.

• June 25 — Trespassing — 100 block of Willow Trace Court, Clemmons. Subject would not leave the front door of apartment.

• June 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny, automobile theft — 3500 block of Stancliff Road, Clemmons. Two vehicles were taken from the driveway.

• June 26 — Police service, assist agency — 6600 block of Clemmons Court, Clemmons. Assisted Forsyth County EMS with natural cause death.

• June 26 — Lost property — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wallet lost in public park.
