Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• June 27 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3800 block of Old Rosebud Court, Clemmons. Scammer claiming to be with Amazon.

• June 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject asked to leave town counsel meeting.

• June 27 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject grabbed items and left the store without paying for them.

• June 28 — Breaking and entering with force — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject pulled locks from doors, entered business and took property.

• June 28 — Death investigation — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male found collapsed at the Lewisville Fire Department.

• June 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Hayward Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Person’s Facebook account hacked.

• June 29 — Vandalism — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown person damaged sink in restroom.

• June 29 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole beer from grocery store.

• June 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Reporting party received calls from blocked number.

• June 30 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 7500 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Paranoid male having a mental break-down.

• July 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Pebble Run Court, Clemmons. Ex-boyfriend changed account passwords.

• July 1 — Violation of city/county ordinance, noise-related — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect playing extremely loud music.

• July 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 6300 block of Linda Drive, Lewisville. Animal bite.

• July 1 — FCSO, police service, welfare check — 400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Individual had adverse reaction to medication.

• July 2 — Police service, assist agency — 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject crashed motorcycle. FCSO deputies maintained scene until highway patrol arrived.

• July 3 — Misuse of 911 — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Misuse of 911.

• July 3 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Friend did not return with van.

• July 3 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offenders took items without paying.

• July 4 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 200 block of Stoney Brook Boulevard, Clemmons. Subject involved in a disturbance over unpaid rent.
