Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 5 — Death investigation — 4200 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Seventy-four year-old male died of possible heart attack.

• July 5 — Breaking and entering with force, all other fraud — 9000 block of Hollydale Road, Clemmons. Subject broke into residence and took items.

• July 5 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female scammed out of monies.

• July 5 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 9800 block of Styers Ferry Road Lewisville. Unknown subject assaulted the victim.

• July 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Suspect smashed a vehicle window and stole property from inside.

• July 6 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Ex-employee threatened boss.

• July 6 — Police service, attempted suicide — 1600 block of Garden Circle, Clemmons. Subject stated he considered suicide.

• July 6 — Found property — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject found a wallet and returned it.

• July 6 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Landlord-tenant dispute.

• July 6 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 500 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Refused party reporting concerning video.

• July 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Contract employee was verbally abusive.

• July 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Parkdale Drive, Clemmons. Person reported deceased groundhog on her property.

• July 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6100 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. Person reported attempted fraud.

• July 7 — Death investigation — 5300 block of Moss Creek Lane, Clemmons. Subject found deceased by deputies inside residence.

• July 8 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Provided personal information to unknown phone number.

• July 8 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Welfare check on elderly subject.

• July 9 — Automobile theft, credit card/ATM fraud — 7900 block of Dull Road. Clemmons. Larceny of motor vehicle.

• July 9 — Overdose — 5600 block of Spencer Farm Road, Clemmons. Subject overdosed on unknown substance.

• July 10 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment, driving while license revoked/suspended, FCSO, violation of auto law equipment violation — 5500 block of Marty Lane/Messiah Park Trail, Clemmons. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and found drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

• July 10 —Breaking and entering without force, trespassing — 4000 block of Nature Trail Drive, Clemmons. Female broke into the office at Tanglewood Park and was sleeping inside upon deputy’s arrival.

• July 10 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Checked welfare of subject.

• July 10 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Subject was smoking marijuana inside of his vehicle.
