Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 11 — Involuntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was a danger to himself.

• July 11 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1500 block of Bethesda Woods Lane, Clemmons. Subject got reporting party to buy gift cards and give them the information.

• July 11 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted a report written for a non-criminal issue.

• July 11 — Trouble with juvenile — 1800 block of Curraghmore Road, Clemmons. Juvenile snuck out of the house.

• July 11 — Police service, assist agency — 200 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421, Lewisville. Assisted agency for a single-vehicle accident.

• July 12 — Found property — 1000 block of Salem Village Lane, Clemmons. Subject found pocketbook in roadway.

• July 12 — All other fraud — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject received money order for more than what they gave.

• July 12 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6900 block of Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• July 12 — Vandalism — 2900 block of Hopewood Lane, Clemmons. Damage to vehicle’s mirror.

• July 13 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect assaulted victim.

• July 13 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspects stole tobacco products.

• July 13 — Dog bites and attacks — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• July 15 — Vandalism — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject’s back window was broken.

• July 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• July 16 — Drug violations, found property — 6100 block of Salem Place Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person left marijuana on ground.

• July 16 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3800 block of Dillion Industrial Drive, Clemmons. Parents attending Little League game getting belligerent.

• July 16 — Police service, welfare check — 6600 block of Lake Dale Way, Clemmons. Welfare check on 16-year-old with PTSD.

• July 17 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, CCW-possession/concealing weapons — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender in possession of a firearm, marijuana and paraphernalia.

• July 17 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Victim threatened by a friend’s boyfriend.
