Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 18 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious person in shopping area.

• July 18 – Paraphernalia, selling/equipment, weapons-other, violation of auto law-all other — 6300 block of Idols Road/Hampton Road, Clemmons.  Traffic stop yields paraphernalia and a concealed knife inside the vehicle.

• July 18 — Trespassing — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect caused a disturbance and refused to leave the store.

• July 18 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8800 block of Belhaven Court, Lewisville. Concerned mother wished to report unusual encounter with officer.

• July 19 — Vandalism — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject damaged property and caused disturbance at the Super 8 Motel.

• July 19 — Death investigation — 100 block of Stadium Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Subject found with apparent gunshot wound to the head.

• July 19 — Larceny from building — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person went through personal belongings at gym.

• July 19 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Fraudulent prescriptions called in to pharmacy.

• July 20 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 3600 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Reporting party scammed out of $160 through Zelle.

• July 20 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Gas pump possibly tampered with.

• July 20 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 100 block of Montauk Court, Clemmons. Subject verbally threatened victim.

• July 20 — Shoplifting — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject put detergent in shopping cart and walked out.

• July 21 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Verbal argument over clothes.

• July 21 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 3800 block of Clemmons Road/Clinard Road, Clemmons.

• July 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5600 block of Frye Bridge Road/Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Subject jogging at night reports gunshots in close proximity.

• July 22, FCSO, violation of auto law, equipment violation — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect vehicle displayed a fictitious registration plate.

• July 22 — Breaking and entering without force — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Suspect entered home and stole items.

• July 22 — Trouble with neighbor — 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Person alleged that her neighbor “kidnapped” her cat.

• July 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6000 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Person accused two individuals of stealing a firearm from him.

• July 23 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using equipment — 6000 block of Gun Club Road, Clemmons. Deputy located paraphernalia during a consent search of a camper.

• July 23 — Larceny from auto — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stolen license plate.

• July 23 — Police service, welfare check — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check on children in vehicle.

• July 23 — Police service, welfare check — 8300 block of Cheval Street, Clemmons. Subject left her group home.

• July 23 — FCSO, police service, security check — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Food Lion asked for help with customer.

• July 23 — Police service, assist agency — 7700 block of Sedgwick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Assisted highway patrol with traffic fatality.

• July 23 — Vandalism — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Hauser Road, Lewisville. Unknown person(s) shattered glass on an abandoned vehicle.

• July 24 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, DWI – provisional, FCSO – violation of auto law-operation violation — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons. Eighteen-year-old suspect drove intoxicated.

• July 24 — Police, welfare check — 2900 block of Parkhurst Drive, Clemmons. Subject walked off from residence.

• July 24 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subjects got into a fight.
