Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• July 25 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Willow Trace Circle, Clemmons. Owner bitten by cat.

• July 25 — Police service, welfare check — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Person reports home being invaded by unknown persons constantly.

• July 25 — Missing person — 1600 block of Spingfield Way Drive, Clemmons. Missing person possibly injured.

• July 25 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3800 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject threatened to shoot business up.

• July 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6900 block of Bridgewood Road, Clemmons. Possibly opened mail.

• July 26 — Trouble with neighbor — 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Neighbors in argument.

• July 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Person advised mailboxes were left open.

• July 26 — Larceny, all other — 1000 block of Compass Rose Court, Lewisville. Larceny of roofing shingles from active construction site.

• July 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Repossessed vehicle.

• July 27 — Vandalism — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Manager’s vehicle was keyed in the parking lot.

• July 27 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 9600 block of Ellis Road, Clemmons. Information provided regarding a civil dispute.

• July 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 5700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subjects had a verbal disagreement online.

• July 27 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Gym member assaulted staff.

• July 28 — Death investigation — 7500 block of Riverside Court, Clemmons. Subject found deceased inside his residence.

• July 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Information provided concerning unknown origin of injury.

• July 28 — Paraphernalia, using /equipment, CCW, possession/concealing weapons, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject intoxicated in public and in possession of paraphernalia and several weapons.

• July 28 — Missing person — 700 block of Big Tree Drive, Lewisville. Sister went missing and has not come home.

• July 29 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject broke into victim’s vehicle and stole purse.

• July 30 — Larceny, all other, vandalism — 1000 block of Fallbrook Lane, Lewisville. Unknown individual(s) damaged and took mailboxes.

• July 29 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject broke into victim’s vehicle and stole purse.

• July 29 — Lost property — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported she lost her wallet while shopping.

• July 26 — FCSO, 50-B weapon seizure — 260 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Weapons and ammo seized per 50-B protective order.

• July 29 — Trouble with neighbor — 4000 block of Whirlaway Court, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted to make a report about an issue with a neighbor.

• July 30 — Lost/stolen license plate — 1900 block of Woodstock Road, Clemmons. Subject’s license place fell off while driving.

• July 31 — Police service, assist agency — 9300 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated driver got stuck in a front yard.

• July 31 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects in a disturbance over food orders.
