Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 1 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Attempted withdrawal utilizing fraudulent identification card.

• Aug. 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3400 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• Aug. 1 — Lost property — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Lost iPad.

• Aug. 1 — Trespassing — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Two subjects were found in a park after closing.

• Aug. 1 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 100 block of northbound U.S. 421/Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Vehicle stolen from city limits recovered in county.

• Aug. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 400 block of Briar Creek Manor, Lewisville. Neighbors having argument over where vehicle was parked.

• Aug. 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Jennings Road, Lewisville. Subject put trash in the dumpster.

• Aug. 1 — Breaking and entering with force — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Subject entered home without consent.

• Aug. 2 — No operators license, violation of auto law, careless and reckless driving, FCSO – violation of auto law, operation violation — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Vehicle failed to heed blue lights.

• Aug. 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Caller found unexpected guest in the apartment.

• Aug. 2 — Rabies exposure — 400 block of Fairhaven Road, Lewisville. Bat in occupied dwelling.

• Aug. 3 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Offender concealed merchandise in a bag.

• Aug. 3 — Vandalism — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender used an object to break glass of driver side window.

• Aug. 4 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject supplied personal information to unknown caller.

• Aug. 4 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5800 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Unsupervised toddler walking down street.

• Aug. 4 — Rabies exposure — 200 block of Sonata Drive, Lewisville. Rabies exposure.

• Aug. 5 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Manager and employee in a disturbance.

• Aug. 5 — Found property — 100 block of Brittington Drive, Lewisville. Subject found property.

• Aug. 6 — Police service, assist agency — 2000 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject left the roadway and crashed the vehicle.

• Aug. 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke window, entered vehicle and took items.

• Aug. 6 — Auto-breaking and larceny – 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Vehicles were broken into at a public park.

• Aug. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Caller received voice message from landlord.

• Aug. 6 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Caller reported substance on her vehicle’s paint.

• Aug. 6 — Arson — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Subject set fire to attic.

• Aug. 6 — FCSO, located wanted person — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Deputy located wanted individual out of Texas.

• Aug. 6 — Suspicious person — 100 block of Sonata Drive, Lewisville. Subjects came to her residence and were asking her to give them a ride.

• Aug. 7 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3900 block of Fieldview Court, Clemmons. Caller’s social media account compromised.
