Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 8 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 9100 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Vehicle repossessed.

• Aug. 8 — Automobile theft, tampering with vehicle — 7500 block of Divaldi Street, Lewisville. Vehicles were broken into.

• Aug. 8 – FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Found dog.

• Aug. 9 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 100 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/eastbound I-40, Clemmons. Located wanted person on a traffic stop.

• Aug. 9 — Police service, welfare check — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Checked on welfare of a resident.

• Aug. 9 — Police service, 24-hour lock up — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Intoxicated individual placed on 24-hour sober hold.

• Aug. 9 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Trespassing subject found lying behind business.

• Aug. 9 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Individual states they were assaulted in bar parking lot.

• Aug. 10 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 1700 block of Brandywine Drive, Clemmons. Animal welfare check.

• Aug. 10 — Driving while impaired — 3600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Aug. 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Vehicle owner reported another car door hitting his car door.

• Aug. 10 — Larceny from auto — 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Clothing taken from vehicle.

• Aug. 10 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7300 block of Crenata Drive, Lewisville. Unknown suspect broke into victim’s vehicle.

• Aug. 10 — Auto-breaking and larceny, credit card/ATM fraud — 1400 block of Woodford Road, Lewisville. Suspect entered vehicle and took items.

• Aug. 11 — Tampering with vehicle — 100 block of Cabot Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle’s rear hatch was opened.

• Aug. 11 — Found property — 4900 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Found cellphone turned over to FCSO.

• Aug. 11 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Beechwood Drive, Lewisville. Trouble with neighbors.

• Aug. 12 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6900 block of Millbridge Road, Clemmons. Aggressive animal.

• Aug. 12 — Disorderly conduct — 6800 block of August Court, Clemmons. Subject causing a public disturbance.

• Aug. 12 —Trouble with juvenile — 100 block of Oak Run Court, Lewisville. Mother reported autistic son had an “episode.”

• Aug. 13 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Vehicles left unlocked and items stolen from inside.

• Aug. 14 — Violation city/county ordinance, noise related — 7100 block of Mitch Place Court, Clemmons. Noise ordinance violation.
