Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 21 — Police service, assist agency — 5500 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Impaired driver involved in a single-vehicle crash.

• Aug. 21 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 1800 block of Spring Path Trail, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• Aug. 21 — Drug violations, violation of auto law, all other — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deputy conducted traffic stop and found marijuana oil inside the vehicle.

• Aug. 21 — Police service, assist agency — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Assist Clemmons patrol officers.

• Aug. 21 — Suspicious person — 5100 block of Windsbury Ridge Road, Clemmons. Suspicious male came to residence.

• Aug. 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1500 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Subject received upsetting texts from ex-friend.

• Aug. 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subjects hitting on females end up in bar fight outside.

• Aug. 22 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 5300 block of Leesa Drive, Clemmons. Subject wanted.

• Aug. 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5000 block of Peppertree Road, Clemmons. Victim alleges he was verbally threatened by offender.

• Aug. 22 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects in a disturbance.

• Aug. 23 — Trespassing — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Female refused to leave hotel after being told to do so.

• Aug. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Coach removing football team from hotel.

• Aug. 23 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject possibly took cellphone from dressing room.

• Aug. 23 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Subjects involved in a disturbance.

• Aug. 23 — Lost property — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject lost wallet at unknown location.

• Aug. 23 — Larceny, all other — 3400 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Enclosed trailer stolen from parking area.

• Aug. 24 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Customer became angry and threw drink onto the counter.

• Aug. 24 — Trespassing — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Female trespassed from hotel.

• Aug. 24 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject obtained prepaid Visa cards under false pretense.

• Aug. 24 — Larceny, all other — 3800 block of Tangle Oak Drive, Clemmons. Trailer stolen from driveway.

• Aug. 24 — Police service, 24-hour lock up — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons, drunk in public, could not answer questions.

• Aug. 24 — Rabies exposure — 800 block of Woodview Ridge Trail, Lewisville. Rabies exposure.

• Aug. 24 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 100 block of Styers Street, Lewisville. Victim had items taken from his vehicle.

• Aug. 24 — Drug violations — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject had marijuana on herself.

• Aug. 24 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 100 block of Applewood Drive, Lewisville. Animal services complaint.

• Aug. 25 — Vandalism — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke window on business.

• Aug. 25 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Glass on entry door was broken with rock.

• Aug. 25 — Rabies exposure — 800 block of Newington Drive, Clemmons. Bat found in occupied dwelling.

• Aug. 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Mental subject with shotgun.

• Aug. 26 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2500 block of Brook Stone Drive, Clemmons. Neighborhood security was unaware of a cleaning company being onsite.
