Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Aug. 29 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 4100 block of Briar Creed Road, Clemmons. Bank account opened up using social security number.

• Aug. 29 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6800 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Suspicion of embezzlement.

• Aug. 29 — Trespassing — 5900 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. Subject continued to trespass on private property.

• Aug. 29 — Trouble with neighbor — 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Disturbance between neighbors.

• Aug. 29 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while under the influence.

• Aug. 29 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 900 block of Cotinus Circle, Lewisville. Neighbor was suspected of slashing tires and pouring diesel fuel on neighbor’s plants.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO, disturbance, non-criminal — 2600 block of Knob Hill Drive, Clemmons. Subjects involved in a disturbance.

• Aug. 30 — Overdose — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject overdosed in parking lot.

• Aug. 30 — Rabies exposure — 400 block of Thornbury Court, Clemmons. Rabies exposure.

• Aug. 30 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Subject defrauded of money online.

• Aug. 30 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student possessed marijuana on school grounds.

• Aug. 30 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Offender left business without paying for service.

• Aug. 30 — Trespassing — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Manager wanted subject removed from business.

• Aug. 30 — Trespassing — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject returned to business after being banned by management.

• Aug. 30 — Police service, open door — 5500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Open door observed on the campus of Forsyth Country Day School.

• Aug. 30 — Larceny, all other — 5100 block of Riverwest Road, Lewisville. Package stolen from porch.

• Aug. 31 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Tobacco store broken into with force.

• Aug. 31 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Forces entry into tobacco store.

• Aug. 31 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects broke the glass door to enter the business.

• Aug. 31 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6200 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Person alleged threat over eviction.

• Aug. 31 — Aggravated assault — 4700 block of Kinnamon Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Offender assaulted deputy affecting an arrest on a warrant.

• Aug. 31 — Trouble with neighbor — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Subject wanting to report issues with neighbors.

• Aug. 31 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6000 block of Meadowbrook Mall. Court, Clemmons. Subject grabbed victim’s arm.

• Aug. 31 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Subject in a disturbance.

• Sept. 1 — Rabies exposure — 200 block of Epping Road, Clemmons. Bat was found inside home.

• Sept. 1 — Larceny, all other — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject allegedly stole wallet when no one was looking.

• Sept. 2 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2700 block of Chestnut Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party stated subjects were having intercourse in grass.
