Join the Jerry Long Family YMCA on Saturday, Sept. 17, for the 2022 Dirty Dozen 5K Obstacle Mud Run — a tough but achievable challenge for adults and families of all fitness levels.

A Fun Run will also be added to this year’s Mud Run.

The Y is looking for volunteers to help before, during and after the event. Whether it be assisting with registration, packet pick up or course assist.

Proceeds raised from this event help people in our community through Y innovative health programs benefiting cancer survivors, diabetes prevention and other chronic disease programs.
