Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 11 — Threaten suicide — 7900 block of Grapevine Road, Clemmons. Juvenile having thoughts to harm self.

• Sept. 12 — Larceny, all other, unauthorized use of conveyance — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female drove vehicle without permission.

• Sept. 12 – Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons. Mental illness.

• Sept. 12 — Trespassing — 6400 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Subject was banned from the property.

• Sept. 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6700 block of Village Brook Trail. Clemmons. GPS tracker attached to vehicle.

• Sept. 12 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Hackers Court, Clemmons. Disturbance at gymnastics facility.

• Sept. 12 — Involuntary commitment non-criminal detainment — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons. Involuntary commitment filed on female with some mental instability.

• Sept. 12 — Police service, assist agency — 6100 block of Ramada Drive/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect vehicle sighted from an armed robbery that just occurred.

• Sept. 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Deputy spoke with juvenile about gang activity.

• Sept. 13 — Breaking and entering without force, auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Rustinburg Road, Clemmons. String trimmer taken from trailer and attempt to enter residence.

• Sept. 13 — Auto-breaking — 100 block of Rustinburg Circle, Clemmons. Unlocked vehicle entered.

• Sept. 13 — Larceny, all other — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. $100 allegedly stolen form vehicle while it was being serviced.

• Sept. 13 — Found property — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Handgun located in bathroom.

• Sept. 13 — Obtaining money by false pretense, possessing/concealing stolen property — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject possessed and used stolen credit card to obtain manicure.

• Sept. 13 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 1800 block of Ramhurst Drive, Clemmons. Unknown offender used victim’s credit card information.

• Sept. 13 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 4200 block of Briar Creek Road, Clemmons. Involved parties wanted report filed regarding power of attorney.

• Sept. 13 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1700 block of Pecan Manor Lane, Lewisville. Debit card was utilized to make purchases online. The amount reimbursed.

• Sept. 13 — Suspicious person — 100 block of Oak Run Court, Lewisville. Subjects walking neighborhood selling solar panels.

• Sept. 13 — Suspicious person — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Suspicious person located who was a neighborhood marketing associate.

• Sept. 14 — Vandalism — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Paint gouged down to the metal.

• Sept. 14 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject tried to jump off bridge.

• Sept. 14 — Suspicious person — 100 block of McKnights Trace, Clemmons. Subject arrived in cab with no invitation.

• Sept. 15 — Vandalism — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Graffiti on stall.

• Sept. 15 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. A note was written on the white board at the Lewisville Library insinuating suicide.

• Sept. 16 — Shoplifting — 2600 block of Lewiville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Shoplifted bridesmaid dress in pocketbook.

• Sept. 16 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 300 block of Dorse Forest Trail, Lewisville. Unknown person broke into home and stole items.

• Sept. 16 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• Sept. 17 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Bike taken from yard.

• Sept. 17 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect stole items from grocery store.

• Sept. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 9400 block of Glenn Road, Lewisville. Sick fox outside.

• Sept. 18 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stray dogs.
