Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 19 — Possessing/concealing stolen property, drug violations, paraphernalia – possessing/concealing weapon violation — 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Traffic stop leads to drug charges and concealed weapon violation.

• Sept. 19 — Overdose — 5700 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject used unknown substance.

• Sept. 19 — FCSO, police service-information provided — 1800 block of Dunmore Lane, Clemmons. Email was sent to company officials slandering reporting party.

• Sept. 19 — Dog bites and attacks — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Sept. 19 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 200 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Suspect assaulted victim with pillow.

• Sept. 19 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 2500 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject wired money out of reporting party account.

• Sept. 20 — Breaking and entering without force — 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject broke into residence.

• Sept. 20 — Driving while impaired — 7900 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Sept. 20 — Tampering with vehicle — 100 block of Shallowford Village Court, Lewisville. Victim reported finding tracker on vehicle.

• Sept. 21 — Found property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. ID card and credit card located pursuant to vehicle search.

• Sept. 21 — All other fraud — 1700 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Subject was scammed by someone online.

• Sept. 21 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 6700 block of Rollingwood Drive, Clemmons. Landlord had construction started before tenet left.

• Sept. 21 — Auto-breaking and larceny, credit card/ATM fraud — 3400 block of Tramore Court, Clemmons. Suspect entered vehicle and took items.

• Sept. 21 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 2100 block of Cherrywood Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person entered vehicle and went through contents.

• Sept. 21 — Police service, welfare check — 3400 block of Tanglebrook Trail, Clemmons. Juvenile reported suicidal.

• Sept. 22 — Other vehicle theft — 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Neighbor stole vehicle while the victim was in the hospital.

• Sept. 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Sick fawn.

• Sept. 22 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Manager asked someone to leave the business and banned him from returning.

• Sept. 22 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, FCSO — violation of auto law-operation violation — 4900 block of Styers Ferry Road/Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Found marijuana while on traffic stop.

• Sept. 22 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 100 block of southbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect shook a gun at the victim during road rage.

• Sept. 23 — Robbery — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Two masked subjects robbed sweepstakes cafe.

• Sept. 23 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2200 block of Ashley Lake Drive, Lewisville. Civil dispute over property after family death.

• Sept. 25 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 1400 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Residential alarm, yielded possible breaking and entering.
