Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Sept. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of River Crest Court, Clemmons.  Cat bite.

• Sept. 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Subject(s) unlawfully entered vehicles that did not belong to them.

• Sept. 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1500 block of King Richard Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered unlocked vehicles and took items.

• Sept. 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1400 block of Sir Charles Drive, Clemmons. Subject unlawfully entered vehicles that did not belong to them.

• Sept. 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Subject entered unlocked vehicles and took items.

• Sept. 26 — Dog bites and attacks — 2600 block of Neudorf Road, Clemmons. Vet tech bitten by client’s dog.

• Sept. 26 — Police service, welfare check — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on child.

• Sept. 26 — Found property — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Book bag found in parking lot.

• Sept. 26 — Police service, welfare check — 3500 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Welfare check on female.

• Sept. 26 — Missing person — 200 block of Shamrock Trail Road, Lewisville. Husband reported wife missing.

• Sept. 27 — Rabies exposure — 6200 block of Hampton Hills Court, Clemmons. Dog killed raccoon.

• Sept. 27 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6400 block of Sessions Court/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Road rage incident led to fight.

• Sept. 27  — Threatening suicide — 5100 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons. Subject threatened suicide.

• Sept. 27 — Identity theft — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject used a driver’s license to commit identity theft.

• Sept. 27 — Rabies exposure — 600 block of La-Vale Drive, Clemmons. Dog possibly came into contact with a bat.

• Sept. 27 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 100 block of Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Subject had some “legal questions.”

• Sept. 27 — Overdose — 6900 block of Logans Way Court, Clemmons. Overdose on prescription medication.

• Sept. 27 — Suspicious person — 1400 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject reported suspicious persons.

• Sept. 27 — FCSO, police service, security check — 7800 block of Fair Bluff Drive, Lewisville. Individual arguing with delivery driver.

• Sept. 28 — Driving while license revoked/suspended, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 4000 block of Hampton Road/Quinn Street, Clemmons. Driver speeding while license revoked.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2000 block of Megan Court, Clemmons. Verbal altercation.

• Sept. 28 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke into vehicle.

• Sept. 28 — Disorderly conduct — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Scott Road, Lewisville. Unknown subject accessed electronic road sign and wrote hateful speech.

• Sept. 28 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6800 block of Eden Rock Court, Lewisville. Aggressive animal.

• Sept. 28 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 9600 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Victim’s shed was broken into.

• Sept. 29 — Breaking and entering without force — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject entered through open garage door and stole items.

• Sept. 29 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject refused to pay for service.

• Sept. 29 — Embezzlement, wire/computer/other electronic — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Business owner reported embezzlement.

• Sept. 29 — Police service, assist agency — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Assisted agency for parent assault.

• Sept. 30 — Breaking and entering without force — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject went into apartment after being evicted the previous day.

• Sept. 30 — Rabies exposure — 1400 block of Woodford Road, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.

• Oct. 1 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 1700 block of Brandon Farm Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to harm the victim.

• Oct. 1 — Suspicious vehicle — 4600 block of Carriagebrook Court, Clemmons.  Suspicious vehicle and person located on private property.

• Oct. 1 — Driving while impaired, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Oct. 1 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Brightstar Lane, Lewisville. Subject stated she wanted to go to the hospital for depression.

• Oct. 1 — Vandalism — 100 block of Shallowford Village Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspect attempted to cut off catalytic converter.

• Oct. 1 — Death investigation — 100 block of Matt James Circle, Lewisville. Female was located and succumbed after CPR was performed.

• Oct. 2 — Suspicious vehicle — 3800 block of Ranchwood Drive, Clemmons. Suspicious vehicle went to rear of vacant home and then left.
