Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 24 — Overdose — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Male overdosed on prescription medication.

• Oct. 25 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, selling/equipment, driving while impaired — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons.  Subject was intoxicated and possessed cocaine.

• Oct. 25 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Homeowner reported interior garage lock has been messed with.

• Oct. 25 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Student has been missing school.

• Oct. 25 — Police service, assist agency – 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown substance burned in bathroom.

• Oct. 25 — Larceny, all other — 3500 block of Spangenberg Avenue, Clemmons. Leaf blower stolen from porch.

• Oct. 25 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Disturbance involving possible road rage.

• Oct. 25 — Suspicious person — 7000 block of Franklin Road, Lewisville. Subjects charging phones on property continuously.

• Oct. 26 — Larceny, all other — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender stole tires from victim.

• Oct. 26 — Drug violations — 3400 block of Clemmons Road,/Hampton Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located during vehicle search.

• Oct. 26 — Trouble with neighbor — 1000 block of Chockecherry Lane, Lewisville. Neighbors arguing over stop signs.

• Oct. 26 — Police service, welfare check — 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Novant reported subject wanting to potentially injure himself.

• Oct. 27 — Lost property — 6300 block of James Street, Clemmons. Lost wallet at Clemmons library.

• Oct. 27 — Larceny, all other — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Lawn equipment stolen from truck bed.

• Oct. 27 — Larceny, all other — 8700 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject stole leaf blower off of work truck.

• Oct. 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Sunny Acres Drive, Lewisville. Sick/injured skunk.

• Oct. 27 — FCSO, harassment (non-criminal) — 7500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject was being followed by unknown person.

• Oct. 27 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Stihl auger stolen from truck bed.

• Oct. 27 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6500 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual reporting hacked Facebook page.

• Oct. 28 — Careless and reckless driving, violation of auto-law, all other — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Reckless driving in school parking lot.

• Oct. 28 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment, FCSO, violation of auto-law equipment violation — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Deputy seized marijuana and paraphernalia resulting from traffic stop.

• Oct. 29 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Baseball bag stolen from trunk.

• Oct. 29 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Suspect forced entry into vehicles and stole items.

• Oct. 29 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect broke window and took items.

• Oct. 29 — Trouble with juvenile — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Caller confronted unruly juveniles.

• Oct. 29 — Trouble with neighbor — 7100 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons. Complaint of noise in upstairs apartment.

• Oct. 30 — Larceny from building — 6000 block of Meaowbrook Mall Court, Clemmons. Pocketbook and phone was stole from the business.

• Oct. 30 — Vandalism — 100 block of Briarwood Circle, Clemmons. Homeowner located broken back window.

• Oct. 30 — Overdose — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Male found unconscious in hotel room.

• Oct. 30 – Shoplifting — 7300 block of Throroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject stole items from inside the store.

• Oct. 30 — Driving while impaired — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/S. Peacehaven Road, Clemmons. Witness called to report offender was driving while impaired. Traffic stop and arrest.

• Oct. 30 — Illegal dumping — 600 block of Misty Creek Road, Lewisville. Subject reports tree trunks on his property.

• Oct. 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1000 block of Grindstone Drive, Lewisville.
