Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Oct. 31 — Lost/stolen license plate —  6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. License plate was lost off of vehicle.

• Oct. 31 — Police service, assist agency — 7200 block of Styers Crossing Lane, Clemmons. Assistance provided to WSPD regarding their call.

• Oct. 31 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6600 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Reporting of a possible scam going on the community chat.

• Nov. 1 — Breaking and entering with force, drug violations, weapons, other — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.  Suspect broke into hospital pharmacy.

• Nov. 1 — Weapon on school/educational property, all other offenses — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student in possession of a knife on campus.

• Nov. 1 — Vandalism — 700 block of Grinnell Street, Lewisville. Victim claims vehicle was vandalized.

• Nov. 1 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 8000 block of Mill Chase, Lewisville. Animal welfare check.

• Nov. 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 1600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Nov. 2 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 5600 block of Loop Road, Clemmons. Found dog.

• Nov. 2 — Aggravated assault — 500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject pointed a handgun at the victim during road rage incident.

• Nov. 3 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 8600 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Someone purchased items out of state using reporting party’s information.

• Nov. 3 — Police service, welfare check — 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• Nov. 3 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation. Speeding violation also results in drug investigation.

• Nov. 3 — Suspicious person — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. People with lasers were observed on side of house of caller.

• Nov. 3 — Police service non-criminal call for service — 300 block of Cedarbrook Court, Lewisville. Contact made to ex-party plaintiff from cousin of defendant.

• Nov. 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8400 block of Lismore Street, Clemmons. Injured deer.

• Nov. 4 — FCSO, police service, security check — 100 block of Conrad Circle, Lewisville. The reporting party heard a voice around his back deck.

• Nov. 4 — Trouble with neighbor — 400 block of Roller Mill Drive, Lewisville. Neighbors arguing over past issues.

• Nov. 5 — Suspicious person — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Possible larceny.

• Nov. 5 — Vandalism — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Vehicle paint scratched by unknown object or person.

• Nov. 5 — Assault with sexual motive (non-aggravated) — 7000 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Victim claims being sexual assaulted by a friend.

• Nov. 6 — Larceny, all other — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Victim reported suspect stole medicine.

• Nov. 6 — FCSO, police service, security check — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Male causing disturbance.
