Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 14 — Auto-breaking and larceny, all other fraud — 6600 block of Brook Trail, Clemmons. Offender stole credit cards out of victim’s vehicle and used them.

• Nov. 14 — Receiving stolen property from another jurisdiction — 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Located stolen Bobcat.

• Nov. 14 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject walked out with basket full of fragrances.

• Nov. 14 — Suspicious person — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Individual acting strange near clerks at store.

• Nov. 15 — Vandalism — 6800 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Resident reported damaged mailbox.

• Nov. 15 — Police service, welfare check — 1600 block of Brook Drive, Clemmons. Wife left house in concerning manner.

• Nov. 15 — Police service, welfare check — 3600 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Subject discovered to be deceased as a result of a welfare check.

• Nov. 15 — Trespassing — 500 block of Belmeade Way Trail, Lewisville. Emotionally disturbed subject trespassed on property after being told not to come back.

• Nov. 15 — Police service, assist agency — 500 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Assisted highway patrol with investigation.

• Nov. 15 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 500 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Subject kicked deputy from the back of the patrol vehicle.

• Nov. 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 8800 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Female reported two males attempted to get into her vehicle.

• Nov. 16 — Lost property — 4300 block of La-Vale Court, Clemmons. Jewelry missing after moving.

• Nov. 16 — Overdose — 5700 block of Southwest Acres Drive, Clemmons. Female snorted Xanax and lost consciousness.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Hotel guest causing a disturbance.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student mentioned gang related fighting on social media.

• Nov. 16 — Tampering with vehicle — 9800 block of Stylers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspects attempted to open victim’s car.

• Nov. 16 — Violation city/county ordinance — animal related — 6900 block of Poplar Ridge Road, Lewisville. Aggressive dogs.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Blank round found on school bus.

• Nov. 16 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Stray dog returned to owner.

• Nov. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3500block of Glenfield Lane, Clemmons. Reporting party is worried husband is trying to take her dog.

• Nov. 17 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2100 block of Cherrywood Drive, Clemmons. Email got hacked.

• Nov. 17 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, using/equipment, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Deputy discovered marijuana and paraphernalia pursuant to a traffic stop.

• Nov. 17 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Spoke with students about gang activity at West Forsyth High School.

• Nov. 17 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 5200 block of Bridge Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Delivery person got upset over install of item.

• Nov. 17 — Threatening suicide — 4900 block of Salem Glen Boulevard, Clemmons. Suicide threat.

• Nov. 17 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of Shadowridge Court, Lewisville. Welfare check on female who had thoughts of ending her life.

• Nov. 17 — Found property — 7900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Wallet was found on the side of the roadway.

• Nov. 18 — Careless and reckless driving — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown driver tailgated person and threw water bottle at person’s vehicle.

• Nov. 18 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject paid for $40 worth of gas and was used by someone else.

• Nov. 18 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 600 block of Cherry Tree Lane, Lewisville. Stray dogs.

• Nov. 19 — Lost property — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject lost her wallet.

• Nov. 19 — FCSO, police service, security check — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Reporting party wanted residence checked.

• Nov. 19 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Pushing match over dirty table at Waffle House.

• Nov. 19 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Reid Acres Lane, Lewisville. Individual called multiple times.

• Nov. 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Disturbance between many drunk people.

• Nov. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of eastbound I-40/Harper Road, Clemmons. Assisted motorist.

• Nov. 20 — Shoplifting — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender stole merchandise.
