Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Nov. 22 — Dog bites and attacks — 2500 block of Lawrence St., Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 1200 block of Scottswood Court, Lewisville. Subject states she was being scammed and frauded.

• Nov. 22 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Ballyhoo Drive, Lewisville. Scam subject impersonated an FCSO sergeant.

• Nov. 24 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 9000 block of Fantasy Road, Lewisville. Subject entered system as wanted.

• Nov. 23 — Vandalism — 1600 block of Southwest School Road, Clemmons. Offenders drove on running track.

• Nov. 23 — Suspicious person — 6400 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Female sleeping in her vehicle.

• Nov. 25 — Vehicle chase, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Gave assistance to a Davie County Sheriff’s office vehicle chase.

• Nov. 25 — Violence city/county ordinance, noise related — 700 block of Chestnut Ridge Court, Clemmons. Violation of village noise ordinance.

• Nov. 25 — Animal cruelty — 1500 block of Greenfield Estates Drive, Lewisville. Cruelty to animals.

• Nov. 25 — Larceny, all other — 100 block of Madison Glen Drive, Lewisville. Subject stole mail from mailbox.

• Nov. 25 — Larceny, all other — 1900 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Unknown suspect(s) stole mail out of mailbox.

• Nov. 25 — Shoplifting — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Male stole food by putting food in interior of coat.

• Nov. 26 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto law-all other — 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Nature Trail Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded drug violations.

• Nov. 26 — Drug violations — 4000 block of Clemmons Road/Nature Trail Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana located during traffic stop.

• Nov. 26 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 7600 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Stray dog.

• Nov. 27 — Larceny from auto — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Catalytic converter was cut from vehicle.

• Nov. 27 — Larceny from auto — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons.  Catalytic converter was cut from vehicle.

• Nov. 27 — Police service, assist agency — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male crashed vehicle into pole.

• Nov. 27 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, resisting arrest — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Deputy was kicked while arresting subject for obstruction.

• Nov. 27 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 100 block of Ballyhoo Drive/ Shamrock Trail Road, Lewisville. Found dog.

• Nov. 27 — Shoplifting — 6800 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Man stole brisket from the business.
