Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 11 — Larceny from building — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Property taken from victim’s building.

• Dec. 11 — Larceny from auto — 5900 block of Immanuel Road, Clemmons. Subject located stolen battery at residence next door.

• Dec. 11 — Violation city/county ordinance, noise related — 7100 block of Riverview Knoll Court, Clemmons.

• Dec. 11 — Aggravated assault, driving while impaired, resisting arrest — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Offender drove a motor vehicle while impaired.

• Dec. 11 — Larceny, all other — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Unknown subjects walked out on dinner tab, did not pay.

• Dec. 12 — FCSO, police service, forensic procedure/analysis — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Same kit received from hospital.

• Dec. 12 — Lost property — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject reported her driver’s license as lost.

• Dec. 12 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Located wanted offender on a traffic stop.

• Dec. 12 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Oak Leaf Lane, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Dec. 12 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Unknown individual attempted to cash check in reporting party’s name.

• Dec. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Alleged burglary.

• Dec. 13 — Dog bites and attacks — 3700 block of Tanglewood Forest Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Dec. 13 — Impersonation — 9100 block of Top Ridge Court, Lewisville. Subject sent money to unknown individual by way of gift cards.

• Dec. 13 — Trouble with neighbor — 900 block of Cotinus Circle, Lewisville. Neighbor throwing sticks and lawn clippings on reporting party’s property.

• Dec. 14 — Larceny from auto — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Catalytic converter cut from vehicle.

• Dec. 14 — Suspicious vehicle — 7100 block of Grainland Drive, Lewisville. Suspicious vehicle driving around in the area.

• Dec. 14 — Larceny from auto — 1100 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject stole license place off the vehicle.

• Dec. 15 — Drug violations, FCSO, violation of auto law, operation violation — 3500 block of Clemmons Road/Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop yields drug violation.

• Dec. 15 — Police service, welfare check — 5800 block of Sunny Ridge Trail, Clemmons. Mother was concerned for daughter due to depression.

• Dec. 15 — Drug violations — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student possessed marijuana in book bag.

• Dec. 15 — Suspicious person — 1200 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Subject walked up to the residence and sat on front porch.

• Dec. 16 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle broken into while she was at the park.

• Dec. 16 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject broke glass and took items within vehicle.

• Dec. 16 — FCSO, police service, security check — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Large group involved in physical altercation.

• Dec. 16 — Suspicious person — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Unaccompanied minor pulling on business doors.

• Dec. 17 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Disturbance reference food order taking too long.

• Dec. 17 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject left store without paying for items.

• Dec. 17 — Suspicious person — 5600 block of Phelps Farm Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects seen around the person’s property.

• Dec. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Roquemore Road, Clemmons. Documentation from Clemmons fire.

• Dec. 18 — Driving while impaired — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Kenbridge Drive, Clemmons. Defendant was driving while impaired.
