Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Dec. 19 — Auto-breaking and larceny, vandalism — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subject broke into vehicle.

• Dec. 19 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Car door opened and hit another vehicle.

• Dec. 19 — Suspicious person — 6900 block of Hanesbrook Circle, Clemmons. Suspicious person knocked on door.

• Dec. 19 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, selling/equipment, FCSO K-9 activity — 4800 block of Williams Road, Lewisville.

• Dec. 19 — Aggravated assault — 8100 block of Shallowford Road/northbound U.S. Hwy. 421, Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Suspect pointed a gun at the victim.

• Dec. 19 — Police service, welfare check — 400 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Lost male was reunited with his wife.

• Dec. 20 — Vandalism — 6700 block of Linwood Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject kicked door, breaking the lock.

• Dec. 20 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3700 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Employee’s ex-husband called business and spoke with manager.

• Dec. 20 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, transporting tax-paid liquor — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/River Center, Clemmons. Traffic stop yielded paraphernalia and alcohol violations.

• Dec. 20 — Vandalism — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Road rage incident between drivers.

• Dec. 20 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 300 block of Lewisville Trails Road, Lewisville. Reporting party scammed by Snapchat woman.

• Dec. 20 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 2200 block of Ashley Lake Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject contacted reporting party claiming to be grandson.

• Dec. 20 — Breaking and entering without force, vandalism — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Unsecured residence were entered and windows were vandalized.

• Dec. 20 — Threatening suicide — 1200 block of Meadow Chase Drive, Lewisville. Subject threatened suicide over test message.

• Dec. 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offenders assaulted victims.

• Dec. 21 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, resisting arrest — 1600 block of Harper Spring Drive, Clemmons. Wanted offender resisted arrest and disobeying lawful commands.

• Dec. 21 —Employee injury — 1600 block of Harper Springs Drive, Clemmons. Work-related injury.

• Dec. 21 — Paraphernalia, using/equipment — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Possession of marijuana bong.

• Dec. 21 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault, larceny, all other — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject assaulted the victim and stole his belongings.

• Dec. 21 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Juvenile damaged vehicle’s paint.

• Dec. 22 — Suspicious vehicle — 700 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Titan Village Court, Clemmons. Truck entered construction site with no trailer and left with trailer.

• Dec. 22 — Found property — 2200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Found money.

• Dec. 22— Dog bites and attacks — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Dec. 22 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 1400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Disgruntled customer in drive-thru.

• Dec. 22 — Police service, assist agency — 7300 block of River Run Court, Lewisville. Individual having mental issues.

• Dec. 23 — FCSO, police service, damage to county property — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Wind damaged tent.

• Dec. 23 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Argument over parking in private parking lot.

• Dec. 23 — Dog bites and attacks — 5300 block of Mapleton Street, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Dec. 23 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3400 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Suspect entered unlocked vehicle and stole items.

• Dec. 23 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Clothing items stolen.

• Dec. 23 — Automobile theft — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Vehicle stolen from parking lot.

• Dec. 23 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 300 block of Saddlebrook Circle, Lewisville. Injured/sick wildlife.

• Dec. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 6300 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Checked on the welfare of subject.

• Dec. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 200 block of Brookfarm Trail, Lewisville. Daughter called to ask for welfare check on father.

• Dec. 23 — Vandalism — 400 block of Harvest Pine Road, Lewisville. Unknown subjects broke back glass of victim’s vehicle.

• Dec. 24 — Vandalism — 6700 block of Brook Stone Court, Clemmons. Subject smashed a vehicle window during an argument.

• Dec. 24 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Manager and employee arguing.

• Dec. 24 — Police service, open door — 3500 block of Birkdale Lake Court, Clemmons. Front door let open.

• Dec. 24 — Aggravated assault, discharging firearm into occupied dwelling or vehicle — 3300 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Weapon fired into dwellings.

• Dec. 24 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Subject reported being threatened by a co-worker.

• Dec. 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Ballyhoo Drive, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Dec. 24 — Larceny from building — 6400 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Victim’s ring was stolen from gym.

• Dec. 24 — Receiving stolen auto from another jurisdiction — 700 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Located stolen vehicle.

• Dec. 25 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Customer stated they would slap everyone in the business.

• Dec. 25 — Aggravated assault, discharging firearm into occupied dwelling or vehicle — 5000 block of Garnet Hill Drive, Clemmons.  Subject fires unknown projectile into ground, which ricochets into residence.

• Dec. 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6100 block of Chamberlain Place, Clemmons. Unlocked vehicle entered and items stolen.

• Dec. 26 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Unlocked vehicle broken into.

• Dec. 26 — Threatening suicide — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject contacted suicide hotline advising she wanted to cause self-harm.

• Dec. 27 — Other vehicle theft, tampering with vehicle — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Vehicle taken and another tampered with.

• Dec. 27 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2000 block of Chandler Place Court, Clemmons. Information provided concerning scam.

• Dec. 27 — Illegal dumping — 100 block of Will Austin Court, Lewisville. Unknown suspect left beer bottles in victim’s front yard.

• Dec. 28 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6000 block of Stone Bluff Drive, Clemmons. Victim reported unknown subject opened credit line in his name.

• Dec. 28 — Police service, attempt suicide — 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Woman was upset due to girlfriend not speaking with her.

• Dec. 28 — Rabies exposure — 800 block of Montrachet Court, Lewisville. Bat in residence.

• Dec. 28 — Rabies exposure — 500 block of Doub Road, Lewisville. Bat in house.

• Dec. 28 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 100 block of Fairhaven Court, Lewisville. Report of subject driving a loud vehicle in the area.   

• Dec. 29 — Police service, attempt suicide — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Subject attempted suicide.

• Dec. 29 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Disturbance between neighbors in reference to children.
