Salem Band will perform its annual free Winter Concert on Feb. 19 in Hanes Auditorium at Elberson Fine Arts Center on the campus of Salem Academy and College. Other works include the fun and unusual “Minor Alterations No. 2: Carols from the Dark Side;” and “Cripple Creek from the Southern Mountains” from the Moravian Music Foundation archives, by N.C. composer Lamar Stringfield. This concert is supported by a grant from The Arts Council of Winston-Salem Forsyth County. All concerts are free and open to the public. Contact for more info.
