Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 10 — Dog bites and attacks — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Jan. 10 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 100 block of Nottide Court, Clemmons. Subject having thoughts of self-harm.

• Jan. 10 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6300 block of Cephis Drive, Clemmons. Verbal disturbance.

• Jan. 10 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6800 block of Rabbit Hollow Court, Clemmons. Attempt to locate stolen property.

• Jan. 10 — Overdose — 6000 block of Holder Road, Clemmons. Overdose on prescribed medication.

• Jan. 11 — Shoplifting, drug violations — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject shoplifted and possessed heroin.

• Jan. 12 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, violation of auto laws – operation violation — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving impaired.

• Jan. 12 — Driving while impaired, overdose — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject drove while impaired.

• Jan. 12 — Drug violations — 3600 block of Clemmons Road/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana was found on a traffic stop.

• Jan. 12 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 3900 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. One resident assaulted another at an assisted living facility.

• Jan. 12 — Child neglect (no assault) — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Children locked out of their home while mother was away.

• Jan. 12 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Abandoned animals.

• Jan. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1600 block of South Marblehead Road, Lewisville. Child sent nude pictures of himself.

• Jan. 14 — Dog bites and attacks — 1000 block of Timber Court, Lewisville. Owner bitten by dog.

• Jan. 15 — Vandalism — 2900 block of Cameron Village Court, Clemmons. Victim reported his tires were slashed.

• Jan. 15 — Vandalism — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Children destroyed shrubbery owned by apartment complex.

• Jan. 16 — Larceny from auto, larceny, all other — 6700 block of River Center Drive, Clemmons. Trailer stolen from parking lot.

• Jan. 16 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. A disagreement at The Fish Hut over money.

• Jan. 16 — Dog bites and attacks — 9200 block of Center Grove Church Road, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Jan. 16 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Aggressive stray dog.

• Jan. 16 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 1800 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Subject overdosed on drugs.

• Jan. 17 — All other fraud — 6300 block of Amp Drive, Clemmons. Subject failed to pay for hotel room.

• Jan. 17 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Suspect threatened to kill victim.

• Jan. 17 — Careless and reckless driving — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject doing donuts in Food Lion parking lot.

• Jan. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Threats communicated outside of school by student.

• Jan. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student filing false reports in other jurisdiction.

• Jan. 18 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 300 block of Autumn View Drive, Clemmons. Fraudulent account activity.

• Jan. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student advised he had a gun in his packback.

• Jan. 19 — Violation of auto law, all other — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving a vehicle with no license and not having permission.

• Jan. 19 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Person reported issues with staff at Arby’s.

• Jan. 19 — Unauthorized use of conveyance — 5800 block of Frye Bridge Road, Clemmons. Unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

• Jan. 19 — CVW-possession/concealing weapons, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 6900 block of Idols Road, Clemmons.  Deputy initiated traffic stop, where a concealed firearm is located.

• Jan. 19 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 200 block of Belnette Drive, Lewisville. Subject contacted account holder and attempted to have their new cards sent to other.

• Jan. 20 — Found property — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Found school laptop in bedroom.

• Jan. 20 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 700 block of Styers Ferry Trail, Clemmons. Subject provided information of an alleged crime.

• Jan. 20 — FCSO, police serviced, information provided — 1600 block of Trinity Garden Court, Clemmons. Received a message on Instagram stating death comes in many ways.

• Jan. 20 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Minor’s mother reported several subject outside trying to fight her son.

• Jan. 20 — FCSO, police service fraud — 1200 block of Barksdale Road, Lewisville. Reporting party withdrew money for fraudulent reasons.

• Jan. 20 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, selling/equipment, no operator’s license, violation of auto law — 1200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop leads to drug charge.

• Jan. 21 — Larceny, all other — 6000 block of Claudias Lane, Clemmons. Package allegedly taken from porch.

• Jan. 21 — Death investigation — 7000 block of Orchard Path Drive, Clemmons. Subject found unconscious in bedroom.

• Jan. 21 — Suspicious vehicle — 300 block of Heatherford Drive/Riverwood Drive, Lewisville. Unknown subject followed and pointed out female as she was walking home.
