Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Jan. 22 — Driving while impaired, FCSO, violation of auto law, operation violation — 100 block of westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Jan. 23 — Illegal dumping — 2000 block of Elkmont Court, Clemmons. Someone left various items on subject’s property.

• Jan. 23 — Shoplifting — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Manager reported larceny of clothing.

• Jan. 23 — Vandalism, discharging firearm — 7000 block of Mason Place Court, Clemmons. Firearm discharged into unoccupied apartment.

• Jan. 23 — Automobile theft — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Individual reported her vehicle missing from parking lot.

• Jan. 24 — Larceny, all other — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Wood pallets stolen from behind the store.

• Jan. 24 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 7100 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Reporting party stated co-worker received voicemail regarding subpoena.

• Jan. 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 2000 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Victim bitten while caring for neighbor’s dog.

• Jan. 24 — Possessing/concealing stolen property — 1000 block of Chockecherry Lane, Lewisville. Male found in stolen vehicle.

• Jan. 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 900 block of Thunderwood Court, Lewisville. Dog bite.

• Jan. 24 — Rabies exposure — 100 block of Scott Road, Lewisville. Dog possibly exposed to sick raccoon.

• Jan. 24 — Dog bites and attacks — 2300 block of River Run Drive, Lewisville. Stray cat bit homeowner.

• Jan. 25 — Vandalism — 2500 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Unknown offender(s) destroyed “no rezoning” yard signs.

• Jan. 25 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of La Grande Drive, Lewisville. Subject believed someone stole items from her apartment.

• Jan. 26 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 6500 block of Gentry Court, Clemmons. Animal welfare check.

• Jan. 26 — Other drug violation — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Marijuana located on a sidewalk.

• Jan. 26 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Located a wanted person.

• Jan. 26 — Drug violations — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Reporting party found what appeared to be illegal drugs in their basement.

• Jan. 26 — Police service, assist agency — 600 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Assisted highway patrol on a wreck where the driver walked away from scene.

• Jan. 27 — Larceny, all other — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Store personnel reported someone stole wooden pallets from behind the store.

• Jan. 27 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Make-up concealed in handbag and taken out of store.

• Jan. 27 — Police service, welfare check — 6000 block of Parkdale Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• Jan. 27 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of Trinity Garden Circle, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• Jan. 27 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 3300 block of Cook Place Drive, Clemmons. Student made another student feel uncomfortable at school and home.   

• Jan. 27 — FCSO, police service, security check — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Individuals heard things in attic crawl space.      

• Jan. 28 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 6300 block of Clemmons Point Drive, Clemmons. Auto break-in and larceny.

• Jan. 28 —Driving while impaired — 8400 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Female sleeping behind wheel in roadway.

• Jan. 29 — Breaking and entering with force — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Forced entry into front glass front door with rock and took safe.   

• Jan. 29 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Reporting party worried her son was speaking to unknown subject online.
