Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.
• Jan. 30 — Larceny, all other 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Store personnel reported someone stole wooden pallets from behind the store.
• Jan. 30 — Larceny from building — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. AirPods lost during gym class.
• Jan. 30 — Receiving stolen property from another jurisdiction — 4400 block of Hampton Road, Clemmons. Located stolen trailer.
• Jan. 30 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8300 block of Dull Road, Clemmons. Anonymous tip stated two juveniles would fight and have a gun at school.
• Jan. 30 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 3500 block of Lawrence Street, Clemmons. Threatened victim.
• Jan. 30 — FCSO, all other offense, animal related — 600 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Emaciated horse welfare check.
• Jan. 30 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1200 block of Scottswood Court, Lewisville. Unknown cash app Visa debit card received at residence.
• Jan. 31 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 900 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. A civil dispute between two parties.
• Jan. 31 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Woman claimed her purse with money in it was stolen out of her car.
• Jan. 31 — Rabies exposure — 6900 block of Harper Valley Lane, Clemmons. Reported rabies exposure.
• Jan. 31 — Death investigation — 7900 block of Grapevine Road, Lewisville. Subject was found deceases in her vehicle.
• Feb. 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6200 block of Bingham Avenue, Clemmons. Parent concerned over school drop-off.
• Feb. 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 8300 block of Tralee Road, Clemmons. Sick skunk.
• Feb. 1 — Driving while impaired, violation of auto law, all other — 300 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to DWI investigation.
• Feb. 1 — Larceny from auto — 9000 block of Concord Church Road, Lewisville. Victim had license plate taken from vehicle.
• Feb. 1 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student alleged he had a weapon.
• Feb. 2 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Inappropriate conversation between custodian and student.
• Feb. 2 — Runaway — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject walked off school campus and never returned home.
• Feb. 2 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Verbal threats.
• Feb. 2 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Unknown individuals used card numbers in Concord.
• Feb. 2 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 5600 block of Saddlebrook Drive, Lewisville. Victim’s vehicle had items taken from it overnight.
• Feb. 3 — Police service, assist agency — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Student having adverse reaction to unknown substance.
• Feb. 3 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 4200 block of Limestone Court, Clemmons. Subject believed someone was hacking into her phone.
• Feb. 3 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 900 block of Dalton Road, Lewisville. Child hiding.
• Feb. 4 —Larceny from auto — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. A catalytic converter was stolen overnight.
• Feb. 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Spangenburg Avenue, Clemmons. Person alleged her medical records have been altered.
• Feb. 4 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 800 block of Newington Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole MacBook and iPad from car.
• Feb. 4 — Trouble with juvenile — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Threats made in a SnapChat group.
• Feb. 4 — Other liquor law violation — 6700 block of Fairwood Drive, Clemmons. Large party at residence.
• Feb. 5 — Driving while impaired — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.
• Feb. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Possible gunshot from stationary vehicle in roadway.
• Feb. 5 — Discharging firearm — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Multiple reports of discharging firearms throughout Lewisville.
• Feb. 5 — Drug violations, resisting arrest, FCSO, violation of auto law-operations violation. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.
