Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 5 — Driving while impaired — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

• Feb. 5 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 7000 block of Wishon Road, Clemmons. Woman paid for a dog that she did not receive online.

• Feb. 5 — Forgery, using/uttering — 7200 block of Styers Crossing Lane, Clemmons. Unknown person cashed a fake check in the business name.

• Feb. 5 — Dog bites and attacks — 6600 block of Village Point Lake Drive, Clemmons. Victim bitten by foster dog.

• Feb. 5 — Police service, welfare check — 1500 block of S. Peace Haven Road/Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Possible gunshot from stationary vehicle in roadway.

• Feb. 5 — Discharging firearm — 6400 block of Ferry View Lane, Lewisville. Multiple reports of discharging firearms throughout Lewisville.

• Feb. 5 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 6500 block of La Grande Place Drive, Lewisville. Facebook scam over cash app.

• Feb. 5 — Drug violations, resisting arrest, FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 7000 block of Franklin Road/Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Traffic stop led to drug investigation.

• Feb. 6 — Forcible fondling — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Female student groping other female student.

• Feb. 6 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1100 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Student wrote threats on paper.

• Feb. 6 — Drug violations — 1700 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Suspect had small amount of marijuana on him.

• Feb. 7 — Breaking and entering without force — 6300 block of Brewer Avenue, Clemmons. Subject entered through unlocked door.

• Feb. 7 — Rabies exposure — 5900 block of Arden Drive, Clemmons. Bat in dwelling.

• Feb. 8 — Runaway — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Mother reported daughter ran away.

• Feb. 8 — Larceny, all other — 5500 block of Marty Lane, Clemmons. Subject took medicine from suitcase.

• Feb. 8 — Dog bites and attacks — 6700 block of Linwood Drive, Clemmons. Animal bite.

• Feb. 8 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Wanted person located on traffic stop.

• Feb. 8 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Paraphernalia located during vehicle search.

• Feb. 8 — Rabies exposure — 200 block of Tullyries Lane, Lewisville. Rabies investigation.

• Feb. 9 — Lost/stolen license plate — 3700 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown subjects stole a license place from a church van.

• Feb. 9 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — Person found marks on his front door.

• Feb. 10 — FCSO, fleet vehicle accident — 3500 block of Meadow Glen Drive, Clemmons. Fleet vehicle crash.

• Feb. 10 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Person reported underage son using vape.

• Feb. 10 — Police service, welfare check — 5600 block of Luperville Drive, Clemmons. Welfare check.

• Feb. 10 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Emergency commitment after suicidal statement.

• Feb. 10 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Disagreement at auto repair shop.

• Feb. 10 —Police service, non-criminal call for service — 7600 block of Rolling Oak Court, Clemmons. Sick wildlife.

• Feb. 11 — Child neglect (no abuse) — 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Small child wondering outside alone.

• Feb. 11 — Police service, welfare check — 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Mother requested welfare check on her son.

• Feb. 11 — Vandalism — 1900 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Mailbox knocked down.

• Feb. 12 — Police service, welfare check — Person believed to be missing was found.

• Feb. 12 — Vandalism — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Window was busted out of vehicle.
