Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 13 — Larceny, all other — 5200 block of Dock Davis Road, Clemmons. Suspects came onto residential construction site and stole materials.

• Feb. 13 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Offender left business without paying for service.

• Feb. 13 — Possessing/concealing tax-paid liquor, driving while license revoked/suspended — 6300 block of Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Suspect was driving while license was suspended.

• Feb. 13 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Intoxicated subject was causing a disturbance in the hospital.

• Feb. 13 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 100 block of Eaglewood Drive, Lewisville. Sick raccoon.

• Feb. 14 — FCSO, police service, information provided, FCSO K-9 activity — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Reported weapons on campus.

• Feb. 14 — Dog bites and attacks — 6500 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Dog bite.

• Feb. 14 — Vandalism — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Subject’s vehicle was damaged while he was at work.

• Feb. 14 — Vandalism — 100 block of Western Vila Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect broke window.

• Feb. 15 — Discharging firearm — 100 block of Western Villa Drive, Clemmons. Unknown subject discharged firearm in the parking lot.

• Feb. 15 — Violation city/county ordinance, animal related — 600 block of Pilgrim Ford Court, Clemmons. Tethering violation.

• Feb. 15 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. While driving, reporting party observed subjects in vehicle rack slide of gun.

• Feb. 15 — Paraphernalia, possessing/concealing equipment, violation of auto law, all other — 100 block of  westbound I-40/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Drug paraphernalia located during traffic stop.

• Feb. 15 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 7400 block of Fair Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Subject pried and broke vehicle window and stole purse.

• Feb. 15 — Breaking and entering without force — 100 block of Bradford Place Lane, Lewisville. Man reported tools stolen from unlocked garage.

• Feb. 15 — Trouble with neighbor — 100 block of Beechwood Drive, Lewisville. Male shooting over property lines.

• Feb. 16 — Rabies exposure — 6900 block of Harpervalley Lane, Clemmons. Rabies investigation.

• Feb. 16 — Trouble with neighbor — 300 block of Wood Run Court, Clemmons. Disagreement between neighbors.

• Feb. 16 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5300 block of Mapleton Street, Clemmons. Suspect communicated threat.

• Feb. 16 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 200 block of Shady Brook Lane, Lewisville. Argument over motor scooter.

• Feb. 16 — FCSO, police service, security check — 600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Boxing match between friends.

• Feb. 16 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 7500 block of Rondex Lane, Lewisville. Unknown individual(s) attempt to get credit card under reporting party’s name.

• Feb. 17 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 4700 block of Cooper Road, Clemmons. Subjects had information about a murder that occurred in Winston-Salem.

• Feb. 17 — Counterfeiting, undetermined, obtaining money by false pretense — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects bought things with counterfeit currency.

• Feb. 17 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 1000 block of Brookway West Drive, Lewisville. Female was scammed into purchasing Google Play gift cards.

• Feb. 17 — Suspicious person — 900 block of Wellesley Place Drive, Lewisville. Subjects knocking on doors in neighborhood.

• Feb. 18 — Other obscenity/pornography violation — 700 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Subject received photo on Snapchat.

• Feb. 18 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Irate customer causing a disturbance.

• Feb. 18 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Information regarding possible impaired driving.

• Feb. 18 — Aggravated assault, simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 800 block of Holly Hedge Drive, Lewisville. Argument over kids led to assault between parties.

• Feb. 18 — Vandalism, discharging firearm — 6700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject discharging firearms into a dwelling.

• Feb. 19 — Disorderly conduct, trespassing — 1300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Subject who was banned came back onto property.
