Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4500 block of Asbury Place Dr., Clemmons. Sick raccoon.

• Feb. 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1900 block of Pinehurst Drive, Lewisville. Sick raccoon.

• Feb. 20 — FCSO, police service, security check — 5900 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. License plate incorrectly entered into NCIC.

• Feb. 21 — Dog bites and attacks — 1900 block of Golden Bear Lane, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Feb. 21 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 6900 block of Wishon Road, Clemmons. Subject sending petty text messages.

• Feb. 21 — Auto-breaking and larceny — 3700 block of Williams Road, Lewisville. Subject stated several thousands of dollars were stolen from unlocked vehicles.

• Feb. 21 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 500 block of Lewisville-Vienna Road, Lewisville. Male requesting law enforcement for stand-by while he gathered belongings.

• Feb. 22 — Lost property — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Jacket lost during gym class.

• Feb. 22 — FCSO, locate missing person — 6400 block of Sessions Court/Westwood Village Drive, Clemmons. Missing subject located during traffic stop.

• Feb. 22 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 3700 block of Brookdale Drive, Clemmons. Unknown person(s) kicked front door open.

• Feb. 22 — Recovered stolen property from another jurisdiction — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Recovered stolen license place.

• Feb. 22 — Suspicious vehicle — 4700 block of Kinnamon Road, Clemmons. Person was seen sitting in his car at a closed business.

• Feb. 23 — Police service, welfare check — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Patient walked out prior to 24-hour hold completed.

• Feb. 23 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal, FCSO police service-civil dispute — 200 block of Hauser Road, Lewisville. Disturbance between two subjects.

• Feb. 23 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 7800 block of Fair Bluff Drive, Lewisville. Threatening message left of voicemail.

• Feb. 23 — Automobile theft — 6200 block of Cook Avenue, Clemmons. Suspect stole dirt bike from victim.

• Feb. 23 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 5800 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Subject shot his hand with a pistol by accident.

• Feb. 24 — Lost property — 900 block of Salem Glen Court, Clemmons. Subject stated he misplaced his wallet containing personal items.

• Feb. 24 — Burglary, forced — 1500 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Subject forced entry to residence and stole safe.

• Feb. 24 — Larceny from building — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Store manager of restaurant advised someone with a key stole money from safe.

• Feb. 25 — Police service, assist agency — 4300 block of Hampton Road/Barrington Oaks Drive, Clemmons. Observed subject crash vehicle and stood by while Highway Patrol arrested him for DWI.

• Feb. 25 — Police service, welfare check — 7600 block of Sedgewick Ridge Road, Lewisville. Individual making suicidal statement.

• Feb. 26 — Blackmail/extortion — 2100 block of Waterford Village Drive, Clemmons. Extortion over SnapChat.
