Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

• Feb. 27 — FCSO, police service, information provided — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Unknown juvenile on campus.

• Feb. 27 — Dog bites and attacks — 9100 block of Great Meadows Drive, Clemmons. Cat bite.

• Feb. 27 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 6800 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Previous employee for company contracted and demolished newly finished job.

• Feb. 27 — Violated city/county ordinance, animal related — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Stray dog.

• Feb. 27 — Police service, welfare check — 200 block of Field Brook Drive, Clemmons. Subject made comment about harming himself.

• Feb. 27 — Harassing phone calls — 1600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Landlord kept calling the victim against his request.

• Feb. 28 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 5000 block of Styers Ferry Road, Lewisville. Customer made threats to store employee over phone.

• Feb. 28 — Tampering with vehicle — 5900 block of King Charles Court, Clemmons. Unknown subjects attempted to break into victim’s car.

• Feb. 28 — Dog bites and attacks — 6200 block of Styers Ferry Road, Clemmons. Painter bitten while playing with homeowner’s dog.

• Feb. 28 — FCSO, police service, fraud — 700 block of Styers Ferry Trail, Clemmons. Attempted fraud via Facebook.

• Feb. 28 — Drug violations, paraphernalia, possess/concealing equipment, FCSO violation of auto law-operation violation — 1500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Traffic stop leads to drug investigation.

• March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6700 block of Amberley Lane, Clemmons. Wildlife — skunk.

• March 1 — Credit card/ATM fraud — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Unknown subject used victim’s debit card purchase items.

• March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1500 block of Kenwalt Drive, Clemmons. Reporting party discovered name used as alias and inquired about identity theft.

• March 1 — Communicating threats, intimidation, non-physical — 6900 block of Village Medical Circle, Clemmons. Verbal threat.

• March 1 — Dog bites and attacks — 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Owner bitten by cat on forearm.

• March 1 — All other fraud — 5200 block of Gnarl Wood Road, Lewisville. Subject stated individual attempted to use his son’s credit card.

• March 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Talked to kids in public safety class.

• March 2 — FCSO, disturbance/non-criminal — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subjects got into verbal altercation outside Walmart.

• March 2 — Drug violations — 1400 block of River Ridge Drive, Clemmons. Meth located by Food Lion employees.

• March 3 — FCSO, locate wanted person — 3900 block of Bingham Circle, Clemmons. Subject was arrested for out-of-county warrants.

• March 3 — Involuntary commitment, non-criminal detainment — 100 block of Willow Tree Trace Circle, Clemmons. Involuntary commitment.

• March 3 — FCSO, police service, civil dispute — 1600 block of Harper Road, Clemmons. Subject had civil questions about rental property.

• March 3 — Drug violations — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Allegacy Way, Clemmons. Marijuana located vehicle search.

• March 3 — FCSO, violation of auto law-operation violation — 900 block of Loblolly Drive, Lewisville. Unknown caller reported UTV driving careless and reckless.   

• March 4 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Victim punched by offender during verbal confrontation at a bar.

• March 4 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of Lewisburg Pointe Drive, Clemmons. Female reported a fraudulent listing on Facebook Marketplace.

• March 4 — FCSO, police service-fraud — 7000 block of Lanvale Court, Clemmons. Paid money through PayPal to have dinner with Alan Jackson.

• March 5 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Used phone number and zip code for rewards.
